YESERO. Beautiful villa near Pollensa

Villa Yesero enjoys a tranquil location in the countryside between Pollensa Town and the beaches, bars and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa (approx. 4 Km. to either). A recently built house, it is well equipped, with lovely sun terraces, a nice swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1m to 2m, with roman steps) and a lovely shaded dining terrace with BBQ. There is also a roof terrace to take full advantage of the sun. Offering tranquillity and seclusion in a pretty, rural location, it is a comfortable and attractive villa, ideal for families and couples alike.



This single storey villa has a simple design, there is an open plan living with satellite TV and DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. There is one double bedroom with an en suite shower room, one twin bedroom and one single both sharing a full bathroom. All bedroom have air conditioning / heating units.



Villa Yesero is a nice villa in a beautiful location and with fantastic views towards the distance mountain range. Beaches are only a few minutes drive. THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.

Nous avons subi un effondrement de plafond dans le salon de l’appartement.Par conséquent, n n’avons pas vraiment utilisé le salon.Un problème de télécommande à été résolu le lendemain.Un gros aspect négatif sont les lits: les sommiers et les matelas sont trop mous, nous recommandons d’investir dans de meilleurs lits.A part cela, la maison est superbe, avec son jardin, sa terrasse et sa piscine, bravo!
