Can you have it all? In a word - yes! This end-unit condo is on the first floor of the Sea Shell Condominiums and offers incredible views and luxurious accommodations. Best of all, it's just steps from our private, gated beach with no streets to cross. In the evenings, relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets from your private balcony.

Recently painted and updated with vibrant furnishings, this unit exudes a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The master bedroom features a king bed, with two double beds in the second bedroom. Both have full, en suite baths.

The kitchen is fully stocked, and the adjacent dining room seats 6. Wi-Fi and HBO are complimentary. Each room has a large, flat-screen TV with a DVD player in the living room.

Sea Shell Condominium, a gated complex with 49 units, provides an array of amenities, including two propane grills, two charcoal grills, a large, heated pool, and covered parking for one vehicle. We provide all of our guests with beach towels, beach chairs, and lounges. Elevators and laundry facilities are located on each floor.

Our complex is in the best location on Siesta Key Beach, consistently ranked as one of the top beaches in the world. Restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores are within walking distance, with many more amenities just a free trolley ride away.

Vacation after Milton

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After surviving 2 hurricanes within a short period of time, our condo opened! We knew things would not be perfect. The day we arrived we found out that our unit did not have air conditioning as the unit was hit during Milton. They put in window units which helped. The whole complex had no TV/Internet. No biggy! I would say the worst was the cockroaches. We don't have them here and even tho bugs don't bother me, I didn't like their visit. This is a great place to come to and would do it again in a heartbeat!!

Great view and location. Needs updating

The view was a 10 the location was a 10 the condo was a 3 at best! This condo rents for 6 people yet the kitchen table only seats 4 the dining area is cramped the kitchen is not stocked with enough plates dishes or bowls for a dinner. We eat in while away on vacation and had to constantly wash dishes or buy paper products to have enough. The plates are an old China with silver on them so also don’t use them in microwave or they would cause issue. So we warned our kids about that. We didn’t have hit kits or cookie sheets to back on or use. Never enough kitchen towels (2) so if you want to cook or bake come prepared to do laundry. The living room furniture was also quite ok’d and not enough seats for us to sit snd hang out unless we sat on the floor, Could be a great unit with some tic and improvements. For the price I’m sure we could rent and get this view elsewhere with better accommodations. We come to Siesta every year and have rented at multiple places this wasn’t what we expected when “treating” our MIL on a trio.

Great Location

Great view of the beach. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Nice condo, although we spent most of our time on the beach.
