With fully equipped kitchen and an elegant living room with a comfortable sofa bed and access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the place. It has Internet Wifi fiber to 600mb, Smart TV and an unbeatable location, in a magnificent residential complex with swimming pool. A few minutes walk from the beach of San Agustin in Maspalomas, in one of the most beautiful municipalities of the island where there is a summer climate throughout the year, where you can enjoy its beaches and stroll among the dunes.The house has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Internet Wifi fibre at 600mb, Smart TV, air conditioning, terrace with outdoor dining area, bed linen and shower towels. Rocas Rojas stay

The apartment was in a nice location and although there was a relatively busy road nearby we got used to the noise quite quickly.

Es fehlt das zweite Duschbad

Der Ausblick ist sehr schön, wenn auch die Straße teilweise recht laut ist. Der Weg von der Straße zum Apartment ist teils sehr steil. Das Apartment war sauber, allerdings müsste dringend ein Maler Dübellöcher und Verschmutzungen an den Wänden, beseitigen. Die Einbauschränke in den Schlafzimmern sind groß und hochwertig, auch die Einbauküche ist von hoher Qualität. Wir als 4 Wochen Mieter, hätten uns über einen Staubsauger gefreut. Wirklich traurig waren wir allerdings darüber, dass es in Bad 2 ( 1,2qm ?)nur eine Toilette und ein winziges Waschbecken gibt. In Bad 1 gibt es eine Toilette, Bidet, ein großes Waschbecken mit viel Stauraum im Unterschrankund eine Badewanne mit Rostfleck und einer Duschbrause mit Wandhalterung. Direkt daneben ist die Duschkabine.

We are glad that, in general, you liked the accommodation and enjoyed it while you stayed there and that you also enjoyed the kitchen. Regarding noise, our islands are very touristy and there is always noise in the streets, and as Spaniards we love outdoor life and it can often be annoying. Regarding the size of the bathroom, we understand that you found it small and we apologize for that. Although we understand that it had everything necessary for personal hygiene. We collect your comments about the rust stains on the bathtub to send them to the corresponding department. Likewise, we are glad to know that, despite everything, you liked your accommodation and enjoyed your stay. Bonito apartamento con piscina en Maspalomas

Elegante, con acceso a la playa de San Agustín, con una cuidada decoración, todo lujo de detalles y súperbien equipada, aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y terraza. Tiene capacidad para familias y a la vez estar cómodo, la piscina comunitaria es un plus, gracias Home2Book por ser tan serviciales. Repetiremos.
