This holiday flat is ideal for a large group.

Formerly run as a hotel, the house has many amenities, such as a shared sauna, an indoor pool and a large garden. In winter, you can store your skis and ski boots in the shared ski room.

The flat has a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with seating. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

If you are planning a party or simply need more space to sit, the former restaurant area on the ground floor can be rented for a fee.

The picturesque Oberau offers a wide range of leisure activities: from hiking, cycling and e-biking to skiing and a horse-drawn carriage ride. The Drachental family park is just a 3-minute drive from the accommodation.
In summer, the outdoor pool right next to the accommodation invites you to cool off.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage - genau richtig für unsere Gruppe von 20 Leuten (10 Erwachsene, 9 Kinder). Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, aber die Zimmer - vor Allem die Bäder - gut renoviert. Der Pool und die Sauna sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem für Kinder (Pool) und Erwachsene (Sauna) bei schlechtem Wetter eine tolle Sache!

Het huis op zich was prima. Fijn dat ieder koppel een eigen badkamer heeft. Ski-opbergruimte goed. Keuken alleen te klein en niet goed ‘ingericht’ voor 15/20 personen. Te weinig pannen (zelfs een pan die het niet deed op inductie en een pan met kapotte anti-aanbaklaag), te weinig opschep/soeplepels, geen kurkentrekker. Borden en bestek ruim voldoende. Geen hand/theedoeken en vatendoekjes. Koffiezetapparaat was kapot, maar we kregen gewoon een nieuwe, goede service. Zwembad was 2 dagen lekker warm, daarna koud. Toiletpapier zelf meenemen. Hebben wel een leuke week gehad met een grote groep.

Wir haben eine Ferienwohnung für die ganze Familie gemietet. Es war anfangs unmöglich genauere Informationen zu bekommen da es keine Kontaktdaten gab. Leider kam erst kurz vor der Anreise eine Mail mit den Kontaktdaten eines Ansprechpartners was meiner Meinung garnicht geht! Es wurde uns versichert dass ein Zustellbett gerichtet wird was bei Anreise nicht der Fall war, außerdem war die Küche nicht entsprechend 18 Personen die Platz haben in dieser Ferienwohnung ausgestattet. Im allgemeinen war die Unterkunft gepflegt und den Bildern entsprechend.

Alle waren sehr zufrieden. Restaurants waren genügend vorhanden aber rund 1,5 Kilometer entfernt. Auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Tiroler Hof in Oberau und Pizzeria Ferrari in Niederau sind sehr zu empfehlen.Mit der kostenlosen Wildschönau Card konnte man mit Lift und Bus kostenlos fahren.
