This property is situated in a vibrant area and is walking distance from the city centre, train station, and the famous River Trent. You can enjoy views of the world-renowned Trent Bridge, Forest and Notts County Football Ground which are less than 10 minutes walking and city centre is only 2 miles away.
The space
A beautiful modern house with three king size bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom with combined shower/bath, and an ensuite shower room to bedroom one. It's a quiet haven, but just a short walk from the buzzing and vibrant city centre. The house has all that you need for your stay, to make a it a comfortable 'home from home'.

Guest access
You will have your own private entrance, with parking on the driveway immediately outside.

There are steps up to the front door.

Standard check-in time is 3.00pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11.00am.

Please note, strictly no parties or loud music, any rule breaking a £250.00 fee will apply.

Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys or keys left inside the property, please be careful with them.

My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and soap.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
