Supremely comfortable and beautifully designed, Iris Lodge is a winning combination of luxury and location. Set within the idyllic Roadford Lake Lodges resort just 100m from the lake, this lodge is the perfect place to gather with family and friends for an ‘away from it all’ escape in one of Devon’s loveliest beauty spots.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 

Please note that commercial vehicles are not allowed on site at Roadford Lake Lodges

4th time we’ve returned!

Had a great Christmas, the hot tub was invaluable and provided many happy moments. Very clean and beds so comfortable, it’s a real home from home! I’ve rebooked for this year already!

Roadford Lodges are the place to be in Devon

Wonderful break

The accommodation had everything we needed, it was suitable for the whole family. It was comfortable and clean, very private, quiet and perfect for our needs. The site was very clean and well looked after. Beautiful surroundings and great walks. Very handy cafe nearby for food and drink. Plenty of places to visit that were a short drive away.

Second Christmas at Lifton

All six of us plus two dogs had a fabulous week! As before, the lodge was clean warm and we had everything we needed. The hot tub was in regular use and was much enjoyed. We will certainly be spending more christmases at Lifton in the future.

Fantastic Lodge

The lodge was clean and contemporary 3 of us stayed with our two dogs we all had a fabulous time even managed to use the hot tub between the rainy days. The only downside was that there is no enclosed garden would benefit from an area where the dogs could also in the garden

Birthday stay

The Lodge was very beautiful and very clean with everything that you need being provided. It was quite lovely and would definitely be back to celebrate with my friends. However, I was quite annoyed at the fact I had a noise complaint and I was called saying that we needed to be more quite in the middle of the day. The music was not loud as we were speaking and could hearing ourselves without having to shout. Overall, we did enjoyed our stay.

Just what we wanted

Wow… myself and my sister brought this as a gift for our family for Christmas. My parents and auntie arrived for us and called to say just WOW! It was amazing. When we arrived we were so pleased with what we had booked. Such a beautiful and quiet location, the lodge was beautifully decorated, very modern and accessible (great for my dad who’s mobility isn’t great) So comfortable and clean. Also great for dogs. 1hr max to the places we wanted to visit. Great gym to use which we did most days. Highly recommend to others and we would love to come back.
