The living areas in this single-storey home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, Smart TV with DVD player, and a woodburning stove, and a utility with washing machine and dog hair dryer. The bedrooms consist of two super-king-size (zip/link) bedrooms with Smart TVs and en-suite wet rooms. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture, barbecue, and hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars (two further parking spaces available, on request). Two well-behaved dogs welcome (with a charge of £25 per week for the 2nd dog), but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The market square is surrounded by a wide variety of historic stores, bars, and cafés in the town centre. A little farther away is the well-known seaside town of Bude, which offers something for everyone: wonderful beaches for lounging and making sandcastles, rockpools to explore at low tide, and cafes from which to take it all in.
