KARAT Villa Atlántida:
Karat Villa Atlántida is ideal for those looking to spend their holidays in the most touristic area of the island of Tenerife, located in the heart of Playa de Las Américas. Highly recommended if, in addition, you want to visit the most popular leisure areas in the south of the island, since they are located 10 meters from the Magma art
congress, 300m from Siam Park, 250m from the Siam Mall Shopping Center, or 400m from the beach.
A large and generous outdoor garden with different types of vegetation next to the pool* will be the ideal place to spend the warm vacation days on the island.
This classic villa is divided into two spacious floors and an entertainment area in the basement. The interior of the villa has a unique style that takes you back in time while still maintaining modern comfort and luxury standards. The ground floor has a room with a fireplace, very cozy at night, a large fully equipped kitchen and a 70m2 suite adapted for people with reduced mobility. The upper floor has three spacious suites with bathroom and private terrace.
The chill out area will allow you endless games of ping pong with a few drinks, or savor a delicious dinner at the table that seats up to 10 people.
*The swimming pool can be heated at your request for an additional cost (40€/day)

Lovely home, great location
We had a wonderful family vacation. The size of the home, the cleanliness and the location were perfect.
Our time there was marred by a few problems.
1) We had no functional dishwasher and attempts to fix it were unsuccessful. A discount for this inconvenience would have been nice but was not forthcoming.
2) An unexpected charge to put sheets on the sofa bed.
But again, this is a lovely home and you should seriously consider renting.

Hello Janellen, thank you for your review and describing the positive aspects of your vacation. We enjoyed having you at our villa.
We indeed had the unfortunate event of the dishwasher breaking down which has already been replaced by a brand new one.
We didn't get into giving a monetary discount for said breakdown, but I recall that as a compensation we waived the cost for extra sheets, which are always communicated when requesting them.
