Great location for a quick stay

Loved the central location and accessibility to public transportation. Communication with property manager was on point, very effective. The property was a bit dusty and not as clean as I'd like but it served it's purpose for a quick visit to Rome.

Dear guest, we're sorry for the inconvenient. The apartment was cleaned and usually we have no problem about the cleaning, as you can check in other reviews. The prices are referred to the high season and to the position at the center of the city. You didn't call us or send us messages during your stay. However we believe that you have found positive services and a good staff. We hope that you'll come back again :)

Rome in the summer heat

Great location and Ac worked excellent in the summer heat. Very clean appt. One problem was the fact we didn’t have linens for the fold out single beds.

Rome

It's the best location close to Collosseum. The place was clean with one kitchen area and 3 separate rooms that each have their own bathrooms. It was so hot when we were there and the only thing, I have negative about the place was the air conditioner in the one-bedroom wasn't working. We did text for info on air in case we were missing something but it still didn't help. They assisted setting up pick up from and going back to the airport for us. I would have liked to have a better idea where to locate the transfer when arrived as wasted about 45 mins trying to find them with phone calls ect but it did finally work out . I would definitely stay here again.
