The apartment's accommodation at 6 Cove View, Ilfracombe, is on two levels with access on the ground floor. The living room is at street level with a balcony looking out towards the sea and distinctive Landmark Theatre. The kitchen/breakfast room has its own balcony looking out in the direction of Ilfracombe's harbour. There are 3 bedrooms are on the lower ground floor, the main bedroom has its own ensuite shower room. An outside small enclosed courtyard is accessible from the lower ground floor room. The apartment is close to a popular pub/restaurant and the town's other shops and amenities are a short walk away. The beautiful surf washed sands of Woolacombe Bay are just a short drive away and Exmoor National Park is within easy reach.

Fabulous views, great location!

From start to finish our stay at the apartment was completely enjoyable. Very clean, very well equipped, comfortable beds, wonderful views, great location for exploring ilfracombe (hardly used the car). Communication with the host was easy and Kathie was always so kind and helpful. Would absolutely recommend staying at cove view.

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is great. Quirky upside down property - living room and kitchen at street level, bedrooms and bathrooms in the basement. Loads of space. Fully equipped. We’ll be back again!

Amazing Property and Location

Last minute getaway with the family including 2 young kids. The apartment is perfect, spacious and immaculate. The owners have done a great job in making the place feel comfortable, and providing all the necessary items to make sure you enjoy your stay. Stunning views of the sea, and a fantastic terrace space which is a bonus. Situated a few minutes walking distance to the local town, amenities and the sea. All in all, the perfect little get away!!!

Why they chose this property

This town centre apartment is ideal for a family or group of friends looking for a seaside holiday location. Just a few hundred metres from the waterfront and many more of Ilfracombe’s attractions, this home makes a great, no-fuss holiday base. Ilfracombe is a historic fishing town with a pretty harbour and pastel-painted houses arranged around the sea cliffs and bay. Visitors can stroll down to the harbour and take in the famous Victorian Tunnels Beaches, as well as the more modern Damien Hurst artwork, Verity. The Iconic Landmark theatre can be seen from the apartment balcony and it is well worth booking tickets for a show there. There is also a park and golf course and the town museum to visit, and all less than a mile apart. The town also has a great range of shops, cafes and restaurants to keep you entertained. In the summer season, there are boat trips to enjoy and for a full day trip head to the National Trust-managed Lundy Island. The pristine golden sands of Woolacombe Beach are 6 miles away and the stunning coastal and inland stretches of the Exmoor National Park begin just a few miles from the town.
