Fully air conditioned cozy luxury apartment (1000+sqf) with two bedrooms, living area, kitchen & balcony. Could enjoy having the whole apartment with lush of accessing swimming pool and the gym. The place is a hub to access public transport, 30 minutes to CMB airport an hour to Galle on the motorway and 40 minute drive to colombo city. Away from hassle of the city but still very convenient location having access to super-markets, restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk.Very popular for long stays.
The space
The place is located on 138 high-level road a minute walk to get the bus to Colombo or any taxis. Glomark supermarket is next door and many other foodie places including Pizza Hut, authentic Sri Lankan food restaurants, cafes are within 5 minutes walk.
Guest access
Guest have the luxury of enjoy the swimming pool and access to gym for free of charge. Garbage area is just out of the house which collects twice a day. Guest have access for everything within the condominium.
