The entire house is rented to a single family or group and has 5 bedrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, a jacuzzi, and an outdoor pool heated to 30 degrees Celsius year-round, all private and exclusive for one family or group. Maximum 14 people.

Located in one of the greenest and most picturesque areas of this valley, surrounded by a forest of oaks, cork oaks, and pines that create a relaxing atmosphere.

5 minutes from one of the 5 best beaches in Europe: Foz do Minho and Vila Praia de Ancora.

This is a romantic spot where you can hike, spot wildlife (rabbits, squirrels, and with luck eagles, herons, and otters by the river), go canoeing, and adults will have a large "pool" in the summer because the river is 400 meters away and shallow.

The property is completely independent and exclusive. It has free parking for 5 cars inside, in the garden.

The house is equipped with all comforts. It has 5 bedrooms, all with double beds, one with an extra single bed and another with a triple bunk bed, accommodating up to 14 people. There are 3 full bathrooms with hot showers, and another solar shower next to the pool. Outside there is a large surrounding lawn area and a barbecue. However, it is ideal for 10 adults and 4 children.

The main kitchen has an island, sofas, and a TV, allowing it to be used as a living room and to keep company with whoever is cooking.

The covered outdoor terrace has a table for 12+2 people.

All 5 bedrooms have at least one double bed, 3 of them with flat-screen TVs with Netflix, Wi-Fi and private bathroom.

Independent chalet, only externally made of stone, very welcoming, cool in summer, warm in winter, has heating, small stereo system, wifi, and cable TV with 200 channels. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, corkscrew, sink, washing machine, and pots and pans; it has a refrigerator, large freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, electric grill, toaster, and Dolce Gusto capsule espresso machine. The chalet has two tables for 14 people, also outside.

The house, an old shed of traditional Minho architecture from the late 19th century, restored and adapted, is located on a small farm near the Âncora River, with leafy banks, beautiful watermills and ponds where trout can be fished.

An area of ​​great scenic beauty and rich monuments, as well as beautiful beaches 2.5 km away (Moledo, Forte do Cao; Afife...), just off the A28 motorway and the fine white sand beaches of Paço and Carreço. Good gastronomy as part of the Vinho Verde Wine Route.
