This stylish apartment has one-double bed and one double sofa-bed in the living room with fully equipped kitchen, double glazed windows, super fast fibre optic Wi-Fi, hot water and central heating and special services to make your stay comfortable as possible: luggage storage (if possible), the possibility of early check-in or check out, adaptable cancellation policy, bathtub and high chair for children (available on request). The apartment is located at first floor and there is no lift in the building.
For any additional set of bedding requested, the cleaning company may charge £30 extra. Also we offer cleaning services available for an additional cost.

Guest Access:
-All guests choose their 4 digit codes and have their own access-code to enter the property. This code is changed with each check-out.
-The door codes will be sent one day before your arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Located between Chelsea and Westminster, in an upscale residential neighborhood situated in zone 1 in Central London. Nearby attractions include Big Ben, Westminster Abbey & Cathedral, Tate Britain Museum, Hyde Park and St James' Park. The area is full of restaurants such as the Ritz and the IVY, pubs, coffee shops and the most famous clothes-shops such as House of Fraser in Victoria Street. Also, within 20 minutes walking you can visit Trafalgar Sq, Oxford Street and Bond Street.
Getting Around:
Pimlico Underground Station is only a 2 minute walk away and Victoria Station in 6 minutes, servicing with the Victoria, Circle and District lines and Westminster Station just a 15 minutes walk from the property connecting all London Underground, Victoria Coach Station, Gatwick Express and National Rail trains. Vauxhall Station is also a 15-minute walk away and services South Western Railway trains, connecting with Gatwick Airport.
The nearest bus stop is St Georges Sq (Stop G) located in Pimlico with only 1 minutes walking from the property, servicing buses to Victoria Coach Station, Westminster, St James Park, Leicester Square, Tottenham Court Road, Camden and international connection to King's Cross St Pancras.
If you're traveling by car, the A3213 is just down the road from the building.
There is pay-and-display parking nearby at a very good rate.
There is a Santander Cycles bike sharing station just around the corner from the property.
Other Things to Note:
-This apartment is located on the first floor and please be aware there is no lift in the building.
-This is a one-bedroom apartment, the standard is for two guests and the double bed will be ready for your stay. If you need to request sofa bed or extra single folding bed, it will be £30 linen set fee for the whole stay which we order from the cleaning company.
This apartment can fit up to 5 guests, we will prepare the apartment and beds (linen set) according to the guest number in your reservation. Extra linen set is £30.
- A damage deposit could be required for certain bookings. It will be reimbursed in full on your check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
- To make your arrival and departures as easy and manageable as possible, there is the opportunity to store your luggage at the property before your check in and/or after your check out times, always depending of availability.
- Another exclusive superhost feature I offer is the flexibility discussing cancellations refunds or providing a voucher in case you need to cancel due to an emergency or a last-minute change of plans. This option will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending the circumstances, should Guests unexpectedly need to cancel, in a way that benefits both of us.
