Fantastic and quiet apartment with first class qualities located in the Pedregalejo neighborhood in the Vistamar urbanization. WE PROVIDE YOU WITH A FREE PARKING SPACE NEXT TO THE BEACH IN A PRIVATE PARKING LOCATED 80 METERS FROM THE BEACH AND RESTAURANTS OF THE PEDREGALEJO PROMENADE.
Indoor heated pool just 400m from the apartment. This pool is separate from the services we offer with the apartment rental. If you wish to use this heated indoor pool in winter, there is an additional, affordable price for the whole family. (See photos on the Vrbo website.)


The urbanization is located in Malaga, just 10 minutes from the historic center of the city, 400m one of the most prestigious Spanish schools in Malaga and a 3-minute drive from the beach and the fishermen's quarter. (Ideal for families of 2 to 4 members or older people who do not want to climb stairs).

It has a 14m glazed terrace (Lumón sliding windows), which allows you to enjoy it in any month of the year, with views of the sea from the terrace itself, 3 magnificent salt pools (does not need chlorine) open all year, children's area, spacious Community gardens, independent air conditioning, ceramic hob, SMART-LED TV, dishwasher, armored doors, wooden floors...etc.
The stylishly decorated apartment is located on the ground floor with direct access to the community garden and with a parking area within the complex just 5 meters from the front door of the house (you do not have to go up or down stairs).

It consists of a magnificent designer kitchen fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and a bar for tapas, a spacious modern-style living room with a top-quality sofa bed, a double room with a 150cm bed with a very comfortable mattress, and in the second room There are 2 90x 2m beds with quality mattresses, a separate dressing room and a large 14m terrace with views, where you can enjoy dinner contemplating the Mediterranean Sea and the garden.
In the price is included:

1º) The use of all the services of the private club 'El Candado' (see photos and website www.clubelcandado.com). You can enjoy its swimming pools for free: one Olympic, one 25-meter and one for children, use the changing rooms and showers on the El Candado beach itself, exclusively for club members. Practice paddle and tennis for free from Monday to Friday. Free use of the Club gym (see photos) and kayak rental in the same marina for only €3

2º) If you wish, you can use a closed complex in Marbella with parking, lawn, swimming pools, showers and hammocks on the first line of the beach on the best beach in Marbella next to the Don Carlos hotel and the Nikki Beach beach club (SEE PHOTOS Nº 40 41 AND 42 FROM THE BEACH AND SWIMMING POOLS IN MARBELLA)
If you are traveling with a baby we will provide you, at no cost to you, the cot, the high chair and the changing table with bathtub for your baby.

the property had all we needed we particularly liked the choice of 2 swimming pools which we had almost exclusively to ourselves. the apartment had all we needed though quite compact. we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Week in Malaga, Spain

Blanca and Jose are wonderful hosts! We really appreciated the time they took when you checked in to talk about the neighborhood, share suggestions on places to eat And visit. I loved their apartment with plenty of convenient to such as close by parking. We very much enjoyed the saltwater swimming pool just up the hill. And then Mullica is quite a beautiful city with lots of accessible walking areas. Old Town and the waterfront promenade were our top two favorites. We very much hope to return again and to Málaga as a base to visit Grenada and Seville.

Great stay in Malaga

We had a great time in Malaga Este. We stayed for almost 3 weeks. Very clean appartment, good beds, complete kitchen, thoughtfull hosts. Lovely swimmingpools. Will recommend a car, since the walk from the beach/ to the busstop is steep. Also we did not really realise that we did no have an outside spaceat the appartment to enjoy the sun. We had to go to the pool for that. Other than that: highly recommended.

Iris, the community of the urbanization does not allow sunbathing in the community gardens because there are people who do not respect the rules and sunbathe in the gardens in an undecorous way. and there are people that bother them.... That's why the community has 3 swimming pools that are not overcrowded for sunbathing and bathing without any problem. As you could verify the pools are less than 100m from the door of the apartment (About 50 seconds walk). We will be happy to see you again in Malaga Thank you so much

Absolutely exceeds expectations

We have had months of travels and this place was down the best! The location is fabulous- you can see the ocean and it is so beautiful. The host are incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us more information than we could have imagined. It was like a top notch concierge service. The places is very clean, all amenities that you would need. It was really a perfect stay. We will return ! There is so much still to do and see around Malaga. Wonderful city, wonderful stay, wonderful hosts. I would say having a car would be easiest but we were able to enjoy the city without one - just be ready to walk some hills.

Very comfortable and quiet

We have really enjoyed our stay in Malaga in Jose's apartment. The apartment is very very quiet, it was very clean and very comfortable for a couple. The wifi works great and we were able to work without any problems. We parked our car 10m from the door and Jose also provided us with parking next to the beach which is magnificent. We could not use the swimming pools in the urbanization because due to the drought that Malaga is suffering, the authorities did not allow them to fill the pools... But this was not a problem because Blanca and Jose made it easier for us to use the facilities of the sports club where we could drink Sun .. We are already looking forward to returning again to the beautiful city of Malaga and to Blanca and Jose's apartment.

Great apartment

We found this apartment excellent for our week in Malaga. It is around 15 minute walk to a great beach with bars and restaurants. Malaga centre is a pleasant 50 minute walk along the coast with places to stop for refreshment. Also has good access to buses and taxi cost around 10 euros. The apartment is a good size and well equipped. It has a quirky set up (access to the twin bedroom is via the main bedroom or through a cupboard). Only minor complaint is the twin has no window or air con but was supplied with a fan. This was made up for by access to excellent pools very close by. We tried 2 of them most mornings and often had them to ourself. Communication from Blanca and Jose was also excellent. They responded quickly to any queries. They also met us early and let us store luggage and get charged prior to check in.

Lovely Home Base in Malaga

Our family spent a wonderful month at Jose and Blanca‘s rental. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and we all thoroughly enjoyed daily use of the swimming pools on site. We did not have a car for most of our stay, so that meant lots of walks up and down the hill to get to the beach, language school, groceries, etc, but we enjoyed incorporating that into our days. We utilized public transit quite a bit to get into the town center very easily. We also enjoyed day trips to Nerja, Ronda, Antequera, and Gibraltar when we did have a rental car. The unit itself is very clean and comfortable and Blanca and Jose could not have been more gracious and helpful hosts. They were quick to answer questions when needed and provided lots of recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc ahead of time. As others have mentioned, the second bedroom does not have a window to the exterior, but our children were comfortable sleeping there with a fan running at night. We could’ve used a *tiny* bit more space for a for a full-month stay for a family of four (we were homeschooling, cooking lots of meals, and spending a lot of time at the house), but that is not a critique of the rental, just our space preferences. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the rental and will cherish the memories from the month. We would highly recommend it to others looking to spend time in Málaga.

Ashley, our apartment is located in a residential neighborhood of Malaga (Pedregalejo) which, in addition to being very quiet, having many green areas and being next to the beach, has the advantage of being very close to the historic center of Malaga (in 10 minutes by bus). or by car you are in the same center) but it does not suffer from the problems of constant noise, overcrowding and inability to park.... it also has 3 swimming pools which you will hardly find in the historic center of Malaga... That is why our apartment is ideal if you want to rest and visit Malaga and the province with a car since we have a free garage and you can park 5 meters from the apartment door (And on foot and by nearby bus you can also go everywhere)

Great holidays

Great holidays…. We have had lovely days at Blanca and Jose's apartment, unfortunately, we weren´t able to stay a few more days, due to our jobs. What a beautiful city! Malaga has an incredible atmosphere with a lot of restaurants and interesting places to visit nearby. Blanca's and Jose apartment is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood where you can park your rental car just in front of it. It is a modern well decorated apartment, the beds are really comfortable, the fantastic terrace to have lunch or dinner listening to the birdsong... and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, nothing was missing.. We had an amazing time and fortunately we were able to enjoy a lot of at the outdoor swimming pools complex and since there was no one else, the whole pool was just for us. Highlight, the free parking space Jose provided us next to the promenade and the fried fish restaurants at the beach, since we also like to play sports we were also able to enjoy the wonderful gym at Club El Candado too. Only one negative thing .... time flies so fast and it has been shorter than we wanted, so without realizing it the next day we were already working and stressed again in the noisy city of Madrid. We will come back for sure

Wanted to Give it a 7/10, but Format Wouldn't Allow

We much appreciated the availability of Jose and Blanco to deal with any of the minor issues that crop up in an unknown house, as well as recommendations for enjoying the many restaurants and activities in the area. They were friendly and helpful whenever we required assistance. Coming from North America we have found that accommodations in Europe tend to be a little “tighter”, so it is not surprising to find the kitchen area a little cramped. The second bedroom has no window, so feels quite enclosed. The photos of the interior have been well staged, making the unit look a little more modern than reality—we would describe it more as “cottage” feel and décor. Bathroom facilities quite acceptable, including an overhead rain shower nozzle and good supply of hot water. But there are some mould issues that should be addressed. The kitchen is well stocked, but inconveniently lacks hot water to the sink. The place felt quite secure, and we never had a problem finding parking close by. The biggest disappointment by far was the fact that all the swimming pools were closed (apparently due to the current drought conditions). We filtered our search based on the availability of a swimming pool on site and feel that the property description should be amended to reflect the current reality. We couldn’t even access the area to find a private sun spot. If given the opportunity, we would have rated 7/10, but, based on the above, did not feel comfortable clicking 4 out of 5 stars.

Dear Rick I can understand that you are upset because due to the drought that we are suffering in Malaga, the authorities of this city do not allow the pools to be filled at this time (As you will understand, we can do little about it). This ban occurred a week before their arrival so we could hardly do anything about it... Fortunately it is raining in Malaga now and this ban will end soon. From this problem of drought in which we, as you understand, can do little, you have unfortunately decided to annoy and put an opinion that in much of what you say has little or nothing to do with reality... Fortunately, 99% of the people who have stayed in our apartment have rated their stay in our apartment 5 stars, there must be a reason...

Tolle GastgeberImmer erreichbar und sehr aufmerksam. Große Wohnung mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Parken direkt vor der Tür möglich. Wir waren im Mai dort und konnten den Pool fast exklusiv nutzen. Aldi in der Nähe. Ruhige und saubere Lage.!

Hallo Anna Wij stellen opbouwende kritiek van onze gasten zeer op prijs. Deze helpt ons voortdurend om onszelf te verbeteren. Maar wij vinden uw opmerking moeilijk te begrijpen. Anna, toen we op de verhuurpagina spraken, had ik haar al verteld dat het terras niet geschikt was om te zonnebaden. OM TE ZONNEBADEN ZIJN ER 3 ZWEMBADEN OP MINDER DAN 100M AFSTAND. Maar het lijkt erop dat u niet bereid bent om 80 meter te lopen om te genieten van de zon bij de zwembaden (vergeet niet dat wij u ligstoelen, parasols, etc. ter beschikking stellen). Het terras, zoals u op de foto's hebt gezien, is een met glas omgeven terras. In de koudere maanden van het jaar (bijvoorbeeld in februari, de maand waarin u kwam) kan het worden afgesloten met een Lumon-glassysteem. U kunt het terras dus volledig openen of sluiten, afhankelijk van het weer. Anna, we hebben gasten gehad die ouder waren dan 70 jaar en die zonder problemen naar het strand konden (en ik kan me herinneren dat er op 20 meter van het appartement een bushalte was... Maar ik vind het nog moeilijker om jouw opmerking te begrijpen als je MET EEN AUTO EN TWEE ELEKTRISCHE FIETSEN KWAM... Ik wil je er ook aan herinneren dat je vroeger je fietsen achterin de auto vervoerde en dat deze niet in onze garage paste. Wir waren im Winter hier und haben den Aufenthalt mit der Nähe zum Meer sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgegern war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

ESTANCIA FANTASTICA

Apartamento limpio y bien equipado en el barrio de Pedregalejo de Málaga.... Recomiendo visitar los restaurantes y bares de pescadito cerca del apartamento. El propietario nos cedió una plaza de aparcamiento al lado del paseo marítimo y de la playa, por lo que no teníamos que perder tiempo buscando aparcamiento. En 10 minutos estábamos en el centro de la ciudad que tiene un ambiente estupendo. Además, como nos gusta hacer deporte y jugar al pádel, poder acceder al club deportivo nos vino fenomenal. Hemos pasado unos días fenomenales en Málaga.

Leider kam es während Ihres Aufenthalts in Málaga (und im gesamten spanischen Mittelmeerraum) zu heftigen Regenfällen und Stürmen, die in Málaga großen Schaden anrichteten und in der Stadt Valencia sogar viele Todesopfer forderten. Wir können verstehen, dass dies sowohl für Sie als auch für andere zu Unannehmlichkeiten führen wird. viele Besucher in der Stadt Malaga.... ABER HERR WOLFRAM, WIE WIR IHNEN BEREITS ANGEZEIGT HABEN, KÖNNEN WIR NICHTS MACHEN, WENN DIE MUTTER DIE NATUR BESCHLIESST, DASS ES IN DER STADT MALAGA MEHR ALS 140 LITER REGEN WIRD... DAS PASSIERT EINMAL ALLE 50 JAHRE UND WIR SIND FÜR DIESES WETTERPHÄNOMEN WEDER SCHULDIG, NOCH GEBEN WIR KEIN GELD ZURÜCK, WENN WIR NICHT VERANTWORTLICH SIND. Hola Wolfram Desgradaciadamente durante su estancia en Malaga ( Y en todo el mediterraneo español ) se produjeron fuertes lluvias y tormentas que produjeren grandes deperfectos en Malaga e incluso muchos muertos en la ciudad de Valencia y nosotros podemos entender que esto les creara inconvenientes tanto a usted como a otros muchos visitantes de la ciudad de Malaga .... PERO SEÑOR WOLFRAM COMO YA LE INDICAMOS NOSOTROS NO PODEMOS HACER NADA CUANDO LA MADRE NATURALEZA DECIDE QUE VA A LLOVER MAS DE 140 LITROS EN LA CIUDAD DE MALAGA ... ESTO OCURRE UNA VEZ CADA 50 AÑOS Y NOSOTROS NO SOMOS CULPABLES DE ESTE FENOMENO METEREOLOGICO NI TAMPOCO DEVOLVEMOS NINGUN DINERO CUANDO NO SOMOS LOS RESPONSABLES .

TODO PERFECTO

Estamos encantados de haber elegido el apartamento de Jose y Blanca en el bonito barrio de Pedregalejo.... Por muchas razones! 1º. El apartamento esta muy nuevo, todo el equipamiento funciona perfectamente y hay justo todo lo que necesitas 2º. Las camas son muy cómodas y amplias 3º. La Urbanización es muy tranquila y segura 4º. Hay 3 estupendas piscinas en la urbanización donde tomar el sol, todas muy limpias y sin aglomeraciones .5º Hay una puerta del apartamento que da directamente al jardín y el aparcamiento para nuestro coche está a solo 4 metros de distancia 6º El estacionamiento no es un problema, lo cual es bastante raro en Málaga 9º. Pedregalejo Playa con sus numerosos restaurantes y hermosos paisajes está cerca de apartamento y Jose nos proporcionó plaza de aparcamiento gratuito 7º. Los propietarios nos proporcionaron acceso gratis al club deportivo El Candado (tenis, baloncesto,áreas de gimnasio,golf) Jose y Blanca son increíblemente hospitalarios y siempre han estado dispuestos a ayudar....Hemos tenido unos días de descanso fantasticos en Málaga.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes Apartment auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Strand war in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung verfügte über alles, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Der Supermarkt - nächstliegend ein Aldi - war mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Pool der Anlage ist auch im November noch zu nutzen, was für uns einfach super war. José und Blanca sind fantastische Gastgeber, super nett und jederzeit erreichbar, die uns auch mit vielen Tipps ausgestattet haben. Ich habe im Rahmen eines Bildungsurlaubs eine Sprachschule besucht, somit war es mir wichtig, diese auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch dies war kein Problem. Die Sprachschule in Pedregalejo war in 13 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Petite déception !

La présentation de la situation de l'appartement laisse à désirer. Il faut impérativement une voiture pour profiter de son séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé mais la décoration est exagérée. Il n'y a pas de jardin devant l'appartement et la terrasse n'en est pas vraiment une car elle est couverte et équipée de fenêtres coulissantes, ce qui donne l'impression d'être dans un aquarium.

Chère Brigitte Je fais partie de ceux qui pensent qu'on apprend toujours de la critique constructive... C'est différent quand ladite critique est fausse et cherche à agacer... LE PROBLÈME COMMENCE LORSQUE VOUS ARRIVEZ DANS NOTRE APPARTEMENT À 1H15 (lorsque nous le lendemain nous devons travailler) ET LES PROBLÈMES CONTINUENT LORSQUE VOUS PLACEZ PLUS DE PERSONNES DANS L'APPARTEMENT QUE VOUS INDIQUEZ SUR LA PAGE VRBO... ET LOGIQUEMENT CELA VOUS DÉRANGE QU'ILS VOUS LE DISENT. J'essaie de répondre à ce que vous indiquez à votre avis: Brigit vous pouvez voir l'emplacement exact de mon appartement avant de réserver... Quand vous l'avez vu, si vous n'avez pas aimé l'emplacement, pourquoi avez-vous réservé ? Nous avons eu des septuagénaires et des familles avec enfants qui sont venus sans voiture et qui n'ont eu aucun problème (Voir les avis).D'ailleurs, avant de réserver, je recommande à tous mes invités de venir en voiture car Malaga a beaucoup lieux à visiter, vous pouvez vous garer à 10m de la porte de l'appartement et ils ont aussi une place de parking gratuite à côté de la plage ET PAR LE BUT VOUS AVEZ INDIQUÉ DÈS LE PREMIER INSTANT QUE VOUS ÊTES VENU EN VOITURE ... Alors excusez-moi, ce qui était le problème? et oublie aussi d'indiquer qu'il y a un arrêt de bus à 20m. Malheureusement, vous n'aimez pas la décoration... Est-ce que vous n'avez pas vu les photos avant de louer notre appartement ? L'urbanisation a des jardins comme on le voit sur les photos .... Mais bien sûr si vous voulez bronzer en bikini dans le jardin pour cela l'urbanisation dispose de 3 piscines à 50m VOUS NE POUVEZ PAS PRENDRE LE SOLEIL DANS LES JARDINS EN BIKINI C'EST LES PISCINES . En effet, la terrasse dispose d'un système de verrière qui permet d'ouvrir ou de fermer complètement la terrasse en fonction de la météo... Brigitte, en effet, la terrasse de cet appartement n'est pas conçue pour bronzer....encore je vous rappelle que comme je vous l'ai dit par e-mail, il dispose de 3 piscines à moins de 30 secondes à pied pour bronzer... Eh bien, en raison de diverses circonstances, vous oubliez de commenter toutes les choses positives concernant l'appartement... S'il vous plaît, la prochaine fois que vous louerez un appartement, je vous recommande, avant de réserver l'appartement, de demander au propriétaire les caractéristiques de l'appartement ..... ET AUSSI SOYEZ CLAIR ET SINCERE AVEC LE NOMBRE DE PERSONNES QUI VONT OCCUPER L'APPARTEMENT ET POURQUOI S'IL VOUS PLAÎT NE METTEZ PAS PLUS

Jose and Blanca are wonderful hosts and we enjoyed staying at their apartment very much. It had everything we needed and everything worked well. The views from the veranda converted into a dining room are spectacular.
