Our strengths: the large terrace with this beautiful panoramic AND the sea there, down, 20 m lower the beach!
1600 m2 of land. Private parking. Very calm. Close to shops and restaurants. You are very close to the Rupione (1km) near Porticcio (10 km) the "seaside town" on the other side of Ajaccio, but you, you are quiet, without the buzzing summer bustle of Porticcio very touristy.
You have the advantages without having the disadvantages:
You are on the commune of Pietrosella but in a villa feet in the water, all at the edge of sea. Villa can accommodate 7 people, with a modern American kitchen, .... with wifi, ... you will be quiet but / and you have all the necessary shops nearby!

Spring with its scents, the after season are often so nice with usually a weather, a mild weather where you can start to swim and Corsica is yours "alone", it's nice too!
We are not in a subdivision, far from it, in front of and on the sides: the sea; on the other side the garden and beyond, on the other side, the maquis !!!
If you want to go to the many beaches around (less than 1 km to many) they are so many and all different from each other but with a charm, and for some you can enjoy straw huts and beach restaurants , restaurants to eat or sip a quiet aperitif or the sound of music for the youngest (theme nights).
A 600m bakery, early, pizzeria, small store type "drugstore" + press are open all year and 2km at the pump you will find another bakery we love, a butcher caterer, a hairdresser ( all, open all year) but also a doctor, a pharmacy, a library well stocked ...
