Vacances en famille pendant 2 semaines - le seul atout est la vue le ménage est mal fait et le linge payant en plus est tâché et sentait mauvaisaménagement très vieillot, même la douche nous a lâché et le plombier contacté par la propriétaire est venu 4 fois avant de changer robinetterie (a noter: pas de wifi et nous n'avons pas réussi à faire marche la tv, un problème pour les ado...)

Belle et agréable maison très bien située

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette belle maison et son somptueux jardin. La vue sur la baie d'Ajaccio est superbe on ne s'en lasse pas ! La terrasse est grande et parfaitement ombragée. La plage de Verghia est accessible à pieds en quelques minutes, ainsi que plusieurs restaurants. Accueil sur-mesure par Esperanza et bonne communication avant et pendant le séjour. Alors bien sûr, nous recommandons fortement cette location !

Maison spacieuse, emplacement idéal et vue magnifique

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans cette maison très bien située : une crique et deux plages sont accessibles à pied, des balades et randonnées sont possibles à proximité au départ de la maison. La terrasse est utilisable à tous moments de la journée, la vue y est exceptionnelle en particulier le soir. Le jardin est magnifique : eucalyptus, lauriers, yuka, figuier, pin… Petit bémol : difficile de rentrer une voiture sur le terrain mais un emplacement est disponible face au portail.

La location vaut surtout par sa terrasse et sa proximité des plages

Nous sommes fort désolés pour la propriétaire qui est charmante et serviable(contact telephonique seul). Mais cette maison de famille date un peu: le compteur électrique dijoncte trop facilement (il faudrait augmenter l'ampérage), la route en contrebas est très passante et bruyante. Mais en faisant abstraction de cela, les plages et possibilités de randonnées sont là et très agréables.

très bien situé et environs - pas si propre et cher

L'emplacement est excellent, les plus belles plages très proches et calmes. le logement est magnifique et il y a beaucoup de disponible. Cependant, les draps et les serviettes sont très chers. Il n'y a pas de vrai parking. l'enregistrement prenait beaucoup de temps car nous devions obtenir toutes les informations nous-mêmes et nous devions souvent communiquer. Le propriétaire répond rapidement, mais c'est gênant sur place. Tout était très bien rangé, à l'exception du nettoyage grossier du sol. nous avons tout essuyé et nettoyé nous-mêmes une fois.

Séjour gaché

Magnifique vue, maison fonctionnelle. MAIS : une maison sale à notre arrivée (reste de nourritures, cafards), draps et serviettes que nous avons dû laver (odeur de tabac froid) et une communication désastreuse avec la femme de ménage qui gère la maison (pas de check in après 16h le samedi, un check out imposé autoritairement à 9h30). Le ménage intégral a finalement été effectué le mardi sans la moindre excuse.
