Good value for price near Parc Guell

Overall very pleasing stay. Great kitchen and bathroom, a lot of space for us as a friends group. Nearby supermarket and metro station. Be aware, that the good price comes with a little distance from the city center on top of a steep mountain (great view tho).

Le lieu était bien situé près d'une station de métro, épicerie, restaurants. L'entrée fut facile en suivant les indications reçues par L'hôte Ana. L'air climatisé ne fonctionnait que pour la cuisine-salon, pas pour les chambres. Nous aurions apprécié avoir du savon à linge et du savon à vaisselle pour les 5 jours. L'hôte était tres rejoignable et accomodante.

Schönes Apartment

Die Wohnung an sich ist sauber und man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Sie liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum hat jedoch eine sehr gute Busanbindung in die Stadt, auch unser Uberfahrer hat uns ohne Probleme gefunden. In der Wohnung sind ausreichend Küchenutensilien vorhanden, allerdings wäre eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen sehr nützlich. Laut Bewertungen und Beschreibung der Unterkunft auf der Seite (Zugang durch Türcode) sind wir davon ausgegangen das wir ohne Probleme spät Abends anreisen können. Da wir nach Mitternacht an der Unterkunft angekommen sind mussten wir 50€ zusätzlich zahlen, diese Bedingung wir einem allerdings erst kurz vor Anreise mittgeteilt. Unsere Meinung nach ein No-Go, solche Infos müssen vor der Buchung ersichtlich sein.

Let me explain little more about late check in fee, As one of our colegues is avilable till 21:00 before 21:00 he is responsible about check in process. So if client has some problem about self check in he can be there quickly. As our office hours are finished at 21:00 we have team who recieves clients and check in after 21:00 has additiona cost. digital keys and lockers can not guarantee for 100% that check in process will go well. (We've had problems and thats why we decided to not give access with digital keys after 21:00) to avoide problems with clients. I remember that you've had information about extra payment weeks before your arrival, and you've said nothing about it, before your arrival. Sehr sauber, 2. Schlafzimmer sehr klein, Schrank nicht gut um Sachen hineinzuhängen. Beim Check-in Schließfach nicht ohne Hilfe zu finden, da im Zählerschrank versteckt.
