A fully refurbished historic townhouse located in the center of Clifden town, the capital of Connemara and on the Wild Atlantic Way.

Three stories tall with 2 king/twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a lovely large loft room which can be a third bedroom with a double sofa bed and/or a lovely office /relaxation space

On street parking to the front and private parking for one car in the courtyard.

The Townhouse is another of our properties connected to our flagship holiday rental Sunnybank House, which sits on Church Hill overlooking Clifden.

Interiors:
From the entrance hall you enter into the open plan living and dining room.

There is a stairway down to the ground floor to bedroom no. 1 - which contains a Superking size bed (6ft 6 inches) that can be converted into 2 single beds, with an adjacent bathroom/power shower and wc.

On the first floor there is bedroom no 2 - a king size double room, with adjacent bathroom.

From the first floor there is a stairway to the large loft room which can be a third bedroom and/or an office or relaxation room. The room is set up with a large modern sofa incorporating a day bed - ideal for hiding away with a book or a movie - there is also a full size desk / table for working/reading/writing or artwork.

The sofa can convert into a double sofa bed for a fifth or sixth guest if required.

The ground floor also contains a utility area with laundry machines and work top - this area was once the original basement and historically contained a lime kiln.

The living room has a lovely solid fuel burning stove, a library of books and comfy sofa and armchair. There is a smart TV with Netflix capability and unlimited Wifi throughout the house.

The brand new beds and bed linen have been chosen to provide a very comfortable nights sleep. The beds have very good quality mattresses and toppers and are dressed in 100% white cotton linen throughout. Fresh white towels are provided for each guest as well as bespoke toiletries from Voya- which is made in Ireland.

Full laundry facilities on the ground floor.

Outside:

The Townhouse is within a stone's throw from lovely cafes, restaurant, pubs, winebar and lovely independent shops and supermarkets. A great delicatessan a few doors down where you can get lovely fresh bread each morning.
