Go up the steps next to the reception and take the lift on the right; go up to the 4th floor and out on the landing on the right there is a door that gives access to a hallway common to 2 apartments, and the apartment door is the one at the bottom on the left with the label “ Norma ” on it. Retrieve the keys from the keybox located next to the apartment door. Use the opening code .
