Bright and cosy three-rooms apartment on the 4th floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchenette is complete with dishes and appliances: induction hob, fridge/freezer, oven, and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with crib, wifi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, lift, and little device in each room that freshen the environment. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. You're welcome, take care of it!. City Tax: € 4,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights

All our apartments are located inside a condominium with other residents.
Arrived in front of number 10 in Viale montello, opened the door on the street  (it opens by calling the number +39 3451199640 - no one will answer to that, the call just open the door ) , enter the entrance hall and take the first staircase on the right in front of the reception. Take the lift to the 5th floor. Turn right and open the glass door (without keys). Exit on the external flight of stairs and go down to the 4th floor. The apartment door is the first on the right (label Italianway - D). To open the door, use the keypad by entering the code 1358 + key .
Always check that the doors of the elevator are completely closed!
