The house was clean! We felt comfortable staying there and as advertised, it was very close to Wrigley Field. Online information shows the house was built in 1910.We were concerned that the creaky floors would bother the owners (who live downstairs) but we met them on the second day and they said it didn't. The bathroom had been remodeled and is very nice, but there isn't much water pressure. I don't know if that is a city utilities problem or just old pipes, but it would be difficult to wash your hair in the shower.We didn't use the kitchen, but it had all of the appliances to support meal preparation.Would stay there again? Yes.
