New Guesthouse ideal for 6+guests 1 block from Southport brown line station, 1/2 mile from Wrigley Field & red line station. Open floor plan with full kitchen, DR, double LR with 55” TV & foos ball table, 3 bedrooms with queen size bed, 2 full bathrooms, exercise room & back patio with sofas, table & koi pond. Parties are not allowed.

Vibrant community with many unique restaurants and bars within walking distance of the house. Plenty of shopping and attractions including the Music Box Theater, The Vic and Metro music venues, and of course Wrigley Field.

Brown Line El station one block away. Two red line stations 1/2 mile away or one stop via brown line.

This is our go to rental when we visit the greatest city on Earth. It's close to the brown line, great shopping, restaurants, and the Cubbies. The property is clean and easy to access. We look forward to returning next year.

Wrigleyville Inn was the perfect spot for a chill weekend away. Great amount of space for a reasonable price. Close to everything (brown line is super close, as well). Clean, comfy, affordable spot. And lots of vintage telephones! Highly recommend!

The place was a perfect location for what we wanted to do. Communication with Mark was probably the best that I have had using VRBO. If I am ever back in the area, I will be looking at booking this property again. This has been one of the best experiences I have had using VRBO, and Mark was the one who made it that way.

Mark, the host is great to work with. His instructions were very explicit which made the check in and check out process very simple and fast. The house is exactly as described. The location was perfect to walk to Wrigley to watch the Cubs play and to check out the stores and restaurants. Parking along the street was very assessable. The grandkids loved the foosball table! The only con was the squeaky floor leading down the hallway to the bedrooms and kitchen area. The pros outweighed the cons so would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mark for a great stay!

What a gem! Perfect location for walking to Wrigley for a concert. The house is charming and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and the whole apartment was set up well for our group of 6. Mark and Eric were easy to communicate with and helpful. The binder left for us had all the information we could possibly need. Loved how easy and stress free checkout was - no need to strip beds or do laundry like some places we’ve stayed. The only small drawback was finding parking. While we had a permit issued to us, we arrived during an event at Wrigley so it was scarce. Nothing the owners can do about that - just be aware if you’re staying during an event.Would 100% stay again!

Stayed here for a couple of games at Wrigley. Location is key as you can walk to most things including the train system which can get you anywhere else. House is very cool and owners were awesome to work with.
