New Guesthouse ideal for 6+guests 1 block from Southport brown line station, 1/2 mile from Wrigley Field & red line station. Open floor plan with full kitchen, DR, double LR with 55” TV & foos ball table, 3 bedrooms with queen size bed, 2 full bathrooms, exercise room & back patio with sofas, table & koi pond. Parties are not allowed.

Vibrant community with many unique restaurants and bars within walking distance of the house. Plenty of shopping and attractions including the Music Box Theater, The Vic and Metro music venues, and of course Wrigley Field.

Brown Line El station one block away. Two red line stations 1/2 mile away or one stop via brown line.

Stayed here for a couple of games at Wrigley. Location is key as you can walk to most things including the train system which can get you anywhere else. House is very cool and owners were awesome to work with.

Great place to stay for Wrigley

The place is awesome. The ownes are very nice. I gave the description a 4 only because it says private house. You get one floor of a very cool 100plus year old building that the owners have done a great job with. There is a foosball table and our group is somewhat competitive and we got a little loud for the folks on the floor underneath us Other than that highly recommend this place

Lakeview gem

We truly enjoyed our stay. Was my first VRBO and wasn’t sure what to expect. Accommodations were immaculate and spacious. My wife and I met in this neighborhood and lived nearby for a number of years. Was like going back home. Loved the location. So close to the L and great dining. Easy walk to Wrigley if you want to catch a game. Loved the Koi pond and patio. Will definitely book again on our next trip to Chicago.

Fantastic location

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the field—and the property had plenty of space for our group. Everything felt very modern and updated, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Beautiful koy pond and atmosphere in the back.A couple of things to note: the air conditioning didn’t seem to reach all the bedrooms evenly. Our room (third door on the right) never got cooler than 74, even with the fan on and for open. Also, we couldn’t find the laundry at first but eventually learned, after contacting owner, it’s located in the basement—might be helpful to mention that in the listing.Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we’d definitely come back!

Family trip to Chicago

My husband and I took our 3 teenagers for their first visit to Chicago. We knew we wanted to stay in a safe walkable part of town with easy access to the train/bus. The Wrigleyville house was perfect! The guest house was super cool! It was clean, with an updated kitchen and bathrooms with plenty of linens. Lots of unique character throughout the house if you appreciate that added touch! The space was the perfect size for our family. Communication with Mark was a breeze. Everything we needed to know about check in was provided a few days ahead of time and exactly as described upon arrival! We attended a Cubs game during our stay, which was an easy walk from the guest house. Parking passes were an added bonus! I loved the neighborhood. I felt safe walking anytime of day. Easy walk to shops if you need to purchase groceries or a Ventra card (bus/train). I would definitely stay at the Wrigleyville Guest house again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience
