We had to reschedule

We didn’t actually stay in the property as my fiancé had an accident and we had to rebook for 24/5/25. The owner was kind enough to let us change the dates. We look forward to our stay in may and will then review the property and hope it’s a lovely as the customer service, we have already been provided.

The property had been wrongly booked for multiple occupancy when we had a booking for sole occupancy. We were faced with a total stranger entering the premises at 7.30am

The property was NOT like the photos. The big wardrobe door was broken and leaning up against it. The shower worked but there was a lot of mould all around the edges. The cutlery and kitchen utensils were dirty and oily, we had to wash them to use them. The sofa bed had big staples sticking out. There were wires hanging out of the wall in the hallway. The beds were clean with comfy mattresses. We would not recommend staying here as a family.
