Magnificent Sevillian house with three floors and six bedrooms located on Calle Campamento, in the historic and peaceful San Bernardo neighborhood, very close to the city center and just a few steps from the iconic Plaza de España.
The house stands out for its classic façade and large entrance door that opens to a beautiful typical Sevillian central courtyard, flooding the entire home with natural light. From the courtyard, you enter a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for 12 people, ideal for large groups or families.
On the ground floor is the first bedroom, featuring two single beds, a TV, and a full en-suite bathroom. From the central courtyard, a staircase leads to the upper floors.
On the first floor, there is another bedroom with two single beds, TV, and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a very spacious and fully exterior living room with two separate seating areas, perfect for relaxing or spending time together.
The second floor houses three bedrooms, each with two single beds, a full en-suite bathroom, and a carefully designed layout that ensures comfort and privacy.
On the third floor is the last bedroom, with two single beds, TV, en-suite bathroom, and access to a large furnished private terrace offering beautiful views of the church and the San Bernardo neighborhood.
The San Bernardo neighborhood is a quiet and highly valued residential area, with numerous bars and restaurants where you can enjoy authentic Andalusian and Sevillian cuisine, as well as supermarkets and everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The property was clean and tidy in a good location with parking access nearby at a local parking.
the only weak point is the lift which is not available as the property has 4 floors.
Perfect for our group of 10 people : convenient, clean, spacious and well equiped. The roof-top terrace is absolutely amazing.
The only small disagreament was a reccurrent permanent noise (like a compressor or a pump starting each 10 seconds on the roof) that could be eared in all the rooms. I don't know if the noise is always there or if it is something that can be fixed, but it kept some of us from sleeping.
All the rest was just perfect !

This place is located walking distance to downtown and attractions. The manager, (Carlos) greeted us on time at the location and had a city map and recommended a few places to visit and where to eat. Everyone had their own floor with bath! The youngest had the most stairs. Didn't make use of the rooftop patio (because it was a little cold) or the outdoor shower.
We had a small issue with the washing machine. I texted the manager and 15 minutes later the plumber was at the property taking care of it. Would be happy to stay here again!

Red Flag: Stubborn property management + In-accurate listing
We were 3 families with children who visited Seville in Aug 2023 and decided to rent this place. Home is large and has been maintained nicely across 3/4 stories.
Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience staying at this property. In 105 degree F weather, A/C broke 2 hrs into us moving in. It was Friday evening and management told us that the technician can only come next day. We slept with no fan/no a/c that night. Next day technician came and figured the gas in the A/c was not enough and can only be looked further on Monday. Considering hot weather we decided to move to Hotel immediately and contacted the management.
We were charged for 2 days + management fees + cleaning fees where we hardly could stay in the property. Not to forget, dishwasher had an electric current and there were ants in the kitchen and the bedroom. These were serious red flags. We were forced to spend time in finding last minute hotels, pay the premium price and most importantly waste time and struggle with kids in the hot weather.
I would expect a good management to consider this and give us full refund but afaik, they would not budge. I would not stay or recommend this apartment.
La casa es estupenda, pero tiene MUCHAS escaleras y NO están adecuadamente protegidas (entre los barrotes cabe un niño). Cada habitación o par de habitaciones está en una planta de las 4 de la casa y el salón en la primera, lo que obliga a un continuo subir y bajar. Mucho cuidado niños y bebés. Creemos que el anuncio debería aludir a esto.
Todo estaba absolutamente impecable, pero en la cocina faltaban utensilios básicos como tijeras, paños de cocina...que nos impidieron cocinar sintiéndonos como en casa. Ni siquiera había sal y aceite, ya que nos dejaron unos cuantos envases de plástico individuales que, además de ser súper contaminantes, fueron claramente insuficientes.
Los baños están muy equipados, PERO sufrimos un pitido que venía del calentador de agua de la cubierta y llegaba a todas las habitaciones. Espero que esto ya lo hayan arreglado.
Por último, no nos permitieron dejar las maletas más allá de la hora de check-out (a pesar de lo pre-acordado con quien nos recibió) con la excusa de la "seguridad con las personas de la limpieza". Nos pareció una justificación propia de una gran cadena, burocrática e inflexible, que nos impidió disfrutar nuestras últimas horas en la hermosa Sevilla.
Por lo demás, estupendo. La zona inmejorable, tranquila y fuera del circuito turístico pero cerca de él y de la estación San Justa. El barrio muy bonito, con muchos jardines y parques cercanos.

Lamentamos que la casa no fuera del todo de su agrado. Nuestro objetivo es ser transparentes con todos nuestros huéspedes por lo que la distribución de la casa y características de la misma puede ser consultada en todo momento en nuestra web. Lamentamos cualquier malentendido al respecto.
Lamentamos también la falta de algunos utensilios de cocina, revisaremos estos aspectos para reponer todo aquello que sea necesario y que no se repita esta situación en el futuro. En cuanto a la falta de aceite y sal que nos comenta, no se suelen dejar este tipo de productos en nuestros apartamentos por cuestiones de higiene, sin embargo, solemos dejar como cortesía pequeños botes de café, sal, aceite, vinagre, azúcar, entre otros, para hacer su llegada más amena y placentera. Lamentamos que en su caso no fuera suficiente.
Respecto al pitido, procederemos a hacer las revisiones pertinentes para el correcto funcionamiento del mismo y evitar que esta situación se repita en el futuro. Sentimos también no haber podido guardar sus maletas más allá de la hora estipulada y fijada en la web. Debido a nuestros estándares de limpieza y para garantizar una estancia agradable y limpia para los siguientes huéspedes, necesitamos que estos horarios se cumplan para poder tener el apartamento a punto para la siguiente entrada. Por otro lado, nuestros compañeros de atención al cliente siempre están disponibles para recomendar las consignas más cercanas haciendo así más fácil disfrutar del ultimo día en la ciudad.
Agradecemos sus comentarios y esperamos poder tener la oportunidad de volver a alojarla en nuestro maravilloso apartamento en Sevilla.
