House: large modern home in a quiet urbanisation with uninterrupted mountain views, manicured gardens, walking distance to San Pedro de Alcantara. 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeping 10 (3 beds can be split into singles). All new furniture and high quality beds and linen (big priority for us, after renting houses for years and suffering sleep on very uncomfortable mattresses!).

Mobility friendly: minimal steps (4) between living room and bedrooms and wheelchair accessible with no steps via kitchen, if required.

Cyclists: perfectly positioned at the base of various amazing climbs into the mountains makes this a "must visit" geography for keen cyclists looking for some winter sun. Similarly you have the ability to cycle down to the beach walkway for a leisurely ride to Marbella or towards Estepona. Happy to make recommendations or point you to a ride captain.

Entertainment: IPTV with full sports channels, Swimming pool (with winter heating at additional cost) Ping Pong Table, Pool Table, Pool Basket Ball, Dart board, Fibre Broadband

Local: 5 minute walk in to San Pedro which has shops, bars and restaurants. Fantastic local market every Thursday.

External Entertainment: <5 minute drive to waterski lake and local golf driving range, 5 minutes from beaches, 5 minute drive to multiple high quality golf courses including El Paradiso, Guadlamina, Los Flamingos and Los Naranjos. <10 minute drive to Puerto Banus, 15 mins to Benhavis canyoning, 20 minute drive to Marbella or Estepona.

Airports: Malaga (45 min drive) or Gibraltar (55 min drive)

Great property, with lots of facilities and thoughtful additions. The property was clean, spacious and had all the amenities that we would want or need. Communication with the host was great and very easy. Location was good and only a short drive from Puerto Banus and other locations.

Great villa, absolutely beautiful gardens, great facilities, and owner was brilliant and very accommodating. Housekeeper was also fantastic, can’t fault them at all. Would recommend to anyone.

Family significant birthday celebration!

The property is set in lovely grounds where we played ball games and table tennis. The veranda with its views was lovely and we were fortunate to eat outside all the time! The family all enjoyed the swimming pool & lounger area! The outside bar & pool table was another favourite activity! The villa’s location allowed us to visit the busy market in San Pedro and we spent a day walking along the coast to Puerto Banus where we had a lovely meal. Visits were also made to Estepona & Ronda which were amazing! The villas bedrooms and particularly the beds and linen were lovely. The kitchen was very well equipped. Overall the villa was perfect and we had an amazing family celebration!

Fabulous property!

My wife and I were lucky enough to stay here for a long weekend this winter. The property is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The bedrooms are large with new and very comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms and a gorgeous terrace with a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. The sunset is beautiful to watch and it was nice in the evenings to have the wood burner on in the living room. Cosy! The house is on a very quiet road (not overlooked) with easy access to local shops and restaurants. San Pedro is a 10 min walk with lots of coffee bars and restaurants for which we got some good recommendations from the owner. We would love to return in the summer to enjoy the large garden and swimming pool. The owner was friendly and really helpful with nothing too much trouble.

We have been the owners of Casa Manti since August 2022.
The house has been fully redecorated with new furniture, beds and kitchen equipment. We love the proximity to San Pedro for bars and restaurants.
