Je souhaite attirer votre attention sur de graves problèmes rencontrés lors de notre séjour dans la maison Le Mas de Goio, réservée via votre site.Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que le logement ne correspondait absolument pas à la description de l’annonce et que les prestations étaient trompeuses :1. Piscine non conforme et facturation abusiveL’annonce indiquait une piscine comprise dans le prix (2 635 pour notre séjour), ce qui a motivé notre choix. Or, à l’arrivée, il s’agissait d’une simple piscine hors-sol de 1,20 m de profondeur, ce qui n’était pas précisé.Le propriétaire nous a facturé 10 par jour pour la piscine, en plus de l’électricité pour le moteur.Il a exigé que nous payions également l’eau à 3 /m³, alors que le tarif local est de 1,76 /m³.2. Frais supplémentaires opaquesÉlectricité : 55,80 pour 7 jours, alors que nous n’avons pas utilisé la climatisation (nous avons uniquement payé pour le moteur de la piscine).Gaz : 6 facturés alors que nous ne nous en sommes pas servis.A cause des ces frais en plus nous n avons pas utilese les climatisation allumé les lumières (heureusement sinon nous aurions peut-être payer 100 euros d ÉlectAu total, nous avons payé 141,73 de suppléments injustifiés, sans transparence sur les tarifs appliqués.3. Caution abusiveLe propriétaire a exigé 400 de caution en liquide, ce qui ne correspond pas à une réelle garantie puisque dès le départ il en a retenu une partie de manière arbitraire.
Nous demandons à être remboursé des 141,73 euros
