France Family Holiday 2024

The villa was absolutely fantastic, everything was as it should be. It was spotlessly clean throughout, the kitchen was very well equiped. Having our own large pool was a real bonus too. Great location, really quiet and picturesque and within easy reach to all amenities. Communication with Bruno, the host, was very good and also prompt and he was very accommodating as was Boris the housekeeper. In summary could not fault the villa or location and would highly recommend, this place was a great find and made a brilliant holiday, I'm sure that we will be back!

Great Holiday location

My family stayed at Villa Tranquille, Valescure for 2 wonderful weeks. Boris met us at the house and looked after us. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped. I would recommend some beach accessories- towels, beach chairs, beach/pool toys. Some local tourist brochures would be good also. Overall, we were delighted with the house and pool. St. Raphael is a beautiful place to visit and we would highly recommend this house as a base for a holiday. Thank you to Boris and Bruno. Bridie and Sean

Un vrai plaisir

Belle localisation, proche de tout en voiture. Quartier hyper calme. La maison est très spacieuse et agréable. Le jardin est très bien et la piscine splendide et très bien entretenue. De même que la maison était impeccable à notre arrivée. Accueille réalisé par Boris, qui vit sur place, très discrètement et de manière totalement indépendante mais très réactif à nos petites demandes. Une personne très sympathique, toujours dans l humour. Je recommande, pour encore ameliorer le confort et la convivialité une plancha... pour cuisiner à l extérieur quotidiennement... En résumé, une très belle découverte et de très belles vacances.

Nous avons loué cette villa car notre fille se mariait à St Raphael et nous devions être sur place 1 semaine avant pour les préparatifs. Villa tout confort, très bien située au calme, très propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut, rien n'est oublié. Hôte adorable, très accueillant et très discret.

Ruhige Wohngegend abseits von Strassen und Strand

Haus und Pool waren OK, technische Ausstattung auch bis auf den Geschirrspüler, das Spülergebnis war nicht so gut. Zwei große Kühlschranke. Pool war OK, Wasser ca 26 Grad. Sehr nette Betreuung durch Boris. Etwas gestört haben die Gärtner der Nachbargrundstücke, ständig Laubbläser u.a. und eine Großbausstelle in der Nähe, abends absolute Ruhe. Betten waren gut, die Ausstattung des Hauses auch. Empfehlenswert.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir wurden von Boris, dem Hauswart, welcher in der Einlegerwohnung wohnt empfangen und durchs Haus geführt. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist gross und wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Leider hat das Haus weder Klimaanlage noch WLAN. Dies steht allerdings im Inserat und wir haben es übersehen.

Tolle, ruhige Ferien

Das Anwesen , welches in einer hügeligen Villenbebauung außerhalb von St. Raphaël liegt, Auto 10 min, Fahrrad 15-20 min zum Zentrum und Strand,überzeugt durch seine schöne Aufteilung, den Garten und besonders durch den von Boris gepflegten Pool. Überhaupt ist die Nähe einer Bezugsperson (Boris wohnt in der Einliegerwohnung im Souterrain) die Auskunft erteilt und sofort zur Stelle ist wenn Hilfe benötigt wurde, unbezahlbar. Insgesamt rundumzufrieden, wir würden wiederkommen 👍😉

Perfect summer location

We are a family of 5 from Germany and have been in Brunos house for 10days in Aug/Sep. We have been very positively surprised, the house is even more beautiful than shown in the pictures. It was very quiet, clean and more than big enough for us (the "Kids" are 9, 18 and 22yrs.). Boris, the local house keeper was very friendly and always helpful, thank you! This location can definetly be recommended!

Appréciation séjour aout 2021

Boris nous a réservé un merveilleux accueil et a été d'une gentillesse remarquable tout au long de notre séjour. La maison est très agréable et idéale pour des vacances en famille avec enfants et amis. Rénovée, propre, grandes chambres et pièces à vivre. Les espaces extérieurs sont très fonctionnels et permettent de vivre des moments très agréables autour de la piscine notamment. On gardera de merveilleux souvenirs de notre séjour. Tout simplement PARFAIT. Un IMMENSE merci à nos 2 hôtes pour tout.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette belle maison au calme, dans un quartier pavillonnaire, idéalement située à 10 minutes des commerces, du centre ville et 15 de la plage d’Agay. La maison est très fonctionnelle avec sa grande cuisine très bien équipée, de belles chambres dont une chambre parentale et un grand dressing. La piscine est superbe avec son éclairage de nuit. La cuisine d’hiver a été très appréciée. La personne sur place nous a très bien accueilli et a été a l’écoute. Deux améliorations à venir : un lave linge (le lave linge actuel est partagé) et le WIFI. La communication avec le propriétaire et la personne sur place ont été très appréciées. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
