Worst Host I've ever tried to deal with

My stay wasn't a stay. After multiple unanswered messages and repeatedly unanswerd phone calls, from 2 days out to sitting outside the apartment without any response, VRBO got involved and could not get a response either.VRBO apologized and cancelled my reservation and refunded me, but by this point it was almost 8pm and there were no other apartments available as it was the weekend of Traka.I've stayed in Girona multiple times, and have had nothing but overwhelmingly positive experiences, until this. Whatever you do, do NOT book this apartment or any other apartment that Teresa (the host) owns. 5 days later and she still has not reached out with an apology or any explanation. She should be banned from VRBO.
