The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential cookware and cutlery you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and other useful appliances.

The bright living room features a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table.

Both beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom includes everything you need to freshen up, including a shower, toilet, and sink.

Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are also provided for your convenience.

The apartment has been professionally cleaned and carefully sanitised to ensure your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Our apartment is located in a fantastic area of Edinburgh, just a short walk from some of the city’s most popular attractions. Edinburgh Castle, the National Museum of Scotland, and the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh are all within easy reach, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

You’ll also find plenty of cafés, restaurants, and bars nearby, so there’s always something to enjoy right on your doorstep. Edinburgh Waverley Station is also within walking distance, making it easy to get around and explore further afield.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day).
If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.
