The property is composed of a double bed with spacious closet, a recently renovated bathroom equipped shower and bidet, a comfortable living room with dining area with four seats. Without leaving behind the kitchen that is fully equipped for you to enjoy cooking your best dishes and put into practice the unique recipes of the gastronomy of the city.

You will have everything you need to feel at home while enjoying a magnificent stay in the Spanish capital.

The apartment is located in one of the best areas of the city, Nuevos Ministerios. Located in Tetuán, a multicultural and versatile district that manages to perfectly represent the essence of Madrid. In this area you will be able to enjoy from museums, historical centers to typical bars and restaurants.
In addition, the area has a unique spirit, asymmetrical, but at the same time magical, every corner tells a new story so that during your walks you will see typical houses that represent past times and a few steps away you will find modern skyscrapers.

Go shopping on Calle de Orense or Calle Bravo de Murillo, enjoy a delicious meal in the hundreds of restaurants, have a beer in one of the typical bars, visit the spectacular Torre de Picasso in the financial district AZCA are just some of the plans that you can enjoy.

The property is perfectly located, next to the Nuevos Ministerios station where you can take lines 6 and 10 so it is very well connected to the airport, Atocha station and the city center. Ideal for both getaways and business (we are very close to Azca).

Walking you can also find interesting places like Paseo de la Castellana and Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, surrounded by restaurants, entertainment areas, and shopping centers such as Modas Shopping, El Corte Ingles de Castellana.

For stays of 28 days or more, please note the following information:

1. You must sign a temporary rental agreement.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once bills are available. Internet is free of charge for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 90 EUR.
