We had a great stay here. 2 full bedrooms plus the living room sofa bed. Kitchen was well equipped. The place was clean, and it is quiet. Great neighborhood less than two blocks from a greenway/park and walking distance to Atocha station. Would definitely stay here again!

BIG PROBLEM. They did not have my reservation under my name. At the check in, the host showed me another name for my reservation. And they did not send me check in access details until I asked then in 2 emails and whatsapp 24 hours before check in. Very bad logistics.

Decent deal and 10-15 minute walk from the nearest metro. Bus stop right in front of apartment (nice). Main street has many stores. Close enough to Matadero and Plaza Rio 2. Friendly and patient rental contact. Nice that it has 2 rooms with big queen size beds. AC is in the dining room/kitchen area only so we had to keep the bedroom doors open overnight to receive cool air in the bedrooms (but not a concern, this workaround works). Spacious enough bathroom. Full kitchen amenities. Secure apartment access. 2 floors up via elevator then must walk down half a level to get to the unit (confusing at first, but we memorized the logistics on Day 2, not a problem). Bathroom inner handle just needs replacing (broken at time of our stay in late Aug 2025).

Súper bien ubicado en el centro sur de Madrid. Pequeño, aunque sea para cuatro personas el sofá es para dos porque no entra más grande. Cocina y salón es la misma estancia y la cama incómoda.

un entretien est nécessaire

Nous avons passé une seule nuit dans l’appartement. Le logement est propre mais mériterait un bon entretien. Les radiateurs dans les chambres sont impossibles à mettre en service. Les câbles qui les alimentent sont trop cour, et un radiateur est en mauvais état. La porte de la douche est sortie du guide du bas ce qui rend impossible de la fermer correctement. Ces petits désagréments conduise a pensé que ce logement n'est pas entretenu et laisse une mauvaise image.

Apartamento muy antiguo y camas “ rotas” incómodas. La Ducha sale gotas frías de la ducha masaje que no funciona. En general caro por lo que es el piso.

La ubicación a 10 minutos en coche del centro donde se encuentran las visitas a monumentos,museos y lugares de visita obligatoria de Madrid,se puede ir a paseo o transporte público sin problema. La vivienda cumple para estancias cortas algún problema de mantenimiento general, comunidad de vecinos perfecta para el descanso. La atención por parte de los propietarios perfecta y responden ante cualquier imprevisto.
