The property has two comfortable rooms furnished in a cozy way, one with a double bed and the second with a single bed to have a comforting rest after enjoying the wonders that Madrid offers you. The property besides being thought in your comfort has spaces that guarantee #ThatHomeFeeling: A living room with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen to feel comfortable cooking your favorite recipes, and a trendy dining bar in the kitchen to share pleasant moments with those who accompany you on your adventure in Madrid. The bathroom of the property is furnished with a shower, WC, and all the necessary amenities for you to take relaxing showers and forget about the routine.

The apartment is located in one of the best city areas, Nuevos Ministerios. Located in Tetuán, a multicultural and versatile district that manages to perfectly represent the essence of Madrid. In this area, you will be able to enjoy from museums, historical centers to typical bars and restaurants.
In addition, the area has a unique spirit, asymmetrical, but at the same time magical, every corner tells a new story so that during your walks you will see typical houses that represent past times, and a few steps away you will find modern skyscrapers.
Go shopping in Calle de Orense or Calle Bravo de Murillo, enjoy a delicious meal in the hundreds of restaurants, have a drink in one of the typical bars, and visit the spectacular Picasso Tower in the financial district AZCA are just some of the plans you can enjoy.

The property is perfectly located, next to Nuevos Ministerios station where you can take Lines 6 and 10 so it is very well connected to the airport, Atocha Station, and the city center. Ideal both for getaways and for business (we are very close to Azca). By walking you can also find interesting places such as Paseo de la Castellana and the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, surrounded by restaurants, leisure areas, and shopping centers such as Modas Shopping, El Corte Ingles de Castellana.

For stays of 28 days or more, please note the following information:

1. You must sign a temporary rental agreement.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once bills are available. Internet is free of charge for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR.
