Nestled within a particularly green pocket of north-west London between Queen's Park and Kensal Green, this two-bed apartment serves up family-friendly homeliness with a generous dollop of urban cool. With Kensal Green station just minutes away, you'll have the Bakerloo and Overground lines at your disposal, as well as a host of nearby must-sees, including the elegant neighbourhood of Notting Hill and the thriving markets of Portobello Road.

Dispelling the myth that industrial chic can't do cosy, the living room softens exposed brick, rugged wood and steel-framed windows with warm lighting and comfy furnishings. Whether you're enjoying a meal in at the dining table or curled up in that cushy, vintage-style armchair, you can't help but feel at ease here. The living room overlooks a generously-sized patio garden, hedged by attractive scarlet leaves in autumn and perfectly set up for summer with al fresco table and chairs. The bedroom boasts a pared-down stylishness and space for two adults, whilst the children's room offers a whimsical colour scheme, bunk beds, and a rather enviable toy kitchen.

We Love
As easy as it is to nip into the city, you'll be spoilt for choice on the nearby green spaces front. There's also the footpath along Regent's Canal, for a delightful waterside walk.

No smoking, pets, or parties! This home can accommodate two adults and two children or teenagers, with the second bedroom featuring bunk beds only suitable to younger guests.
