Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Checkout is 11am when the cleaners arrive. Put dirty towels in the bath. Put the trash out including ALL UNEATEN FOOD IN THE FRIDGE and cupboards pop the dishwasher on and leave the place clean

KEYS BACK IN LOCKBOX, 7149 & the other keys back in the draw, (if you used them). Turn the lights off, thermostat down to 15, AIRCON OFF, LOCK WINDOWS & TERRACE DOOR! Close front door behind you.

We enjoyed our stay in London. It was a great location really close to the trains. Also, close to restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment was clean, with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the kitchen with its many appliances. Overall, great place to stay when visiting London.

The flat was absolutely gorgeous and just as described and shown in the photos. It had everything you could possibly want or need. Happy little haven

Check in was very easy using instructions from the owner. The flat is beautiful and an easy walk up one floor. Close to tube stations and easy to get around London. Would absolutely stay here again if I make another trip across the ocean. Very beautiful space and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay at this pristine flat! It was just the right size for my husband and I and our teenage daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities in Simon’s exquisite kitchen, and relaxed in the evening after a long day in London on his very private outdoor space. Neighborhood offered everything we needed for groceries and meals, and the proximity to the tube made our travel to London seamless. Great flat, great location, great host!

As listed. Perfect staging area for London with all amenities and all clean. Beautiful balcony and also sitting room. Very attentive host with helpful instructions and information at the ready. Note that there are some particular instructions for kitchen -use and also the beds are soft in case these are important details for a party. Overall excellent stay.

The flat is exactly as described and appears in photos, deserving of all reviews giving it 10, as we do now, having month in it. It is modern/clean, with great hot water and rainshower head in the tub. Though we did not need it often (Springtime) the heat is provided by big, cast iron radiators producing tremendous heat on demand. The appliances are first rate, and in excellent condition. I particularly liked having a gas range, with its nice, large exhaust hood, which is what I have at home. The dishwasher, clothes washing machine, and the separate clothes dryer work perfectly. Quality of life is perfect when in the apartment, not a busy street at all and, therefore, very quiet during all hours of the day and nighttime. There are two tube stations within a 7-12 minute walk, providing speedy access to all areas of London. At the closer one, West Hampstead, there is also a Thameslink (train) station, which we used a few times. On average, from the time of walking out the door, we would arrive at a destination within 20-30 minutes, depending on its location. Also, within a 1-10 minute walking, there are at least 6-8 bus stops, which we also used. As a host-owner, Simon was superb. Whether posing a question to him or seeking his advice, he responded very quickly. His written restaurant recommendations was very helpful. If prospective London tourists want location, comfort, quality to discover or revisit London, look no further than this apartment.

Beautiful apartment in West Hampstead

Simon does a wonderful job maintaining his property. The renovation work is stellar & I love wood floor planks around the unit. The apartment is about a 10-15min walk to both West Hampstead stations (Overground & Tube) along with a myriad of pubs, stores, & eateries along West End Lane. Also situated in a very calm residential area & the fellow tenants were quite quiet, for a multi-family building, during my Summer stay

Amazing stay!

I’m so glad we chose this place! There were a few things I needed help with and had to look at the manual (emptying the dryer’s water bin, for example) but we had no problems. I slept in both beds and the couch because my kids needed some space from each other, haha, and all were comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, the apartment was WONDERFUL! we have kids in elementary school and had to remind them to be careful because the place was so nice! Thank you for a great trip!!!

We recently stayed 3 weeks at this lovely apartment on the first floor of a characterful Victorian home so close to public transport, it made getting about super easy. Our host, Simon, communicated with us before, during and after our stay ensuring easy access to the property. Any question we had was met with a quick response. The beds/bedding was really comfortable, the fully equipped, high-end kitchen so easy to cook in whilst the large screen tv/entertainment system was a joy to come home to after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment, located in a pretty tree-lined street, was very quiet and at no time did we feel unsafe. The rooms were spotlessly clean with the added convenience of a washer and dryer. The kitchen was great. The only problem was height. I am just under 5’ and couldn’t reach anything. Fortunately I brought two tall people with me. All the appliances are high end and there was a bit of a learning curve. I would recommend a google search or asking Simon if you need help. Speaking of Simon, he was great, very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet and peaceful. The apartment was immaculate and comfortable and upscale.
