Villa Fernando 1 bedroom
A 1 bedroom two storage villa for 2 people with access to private lounge, kitchen, and outdoor terraces. For holiday makers who don't like to be in a small apartment and love to have more space
The villa has a privileged location just a 5 minute walk from the center of Vilamoura and 10 minutes from the Marina and beach, where you will find plenty of entertainment. On the first floor there's the en-suite bedroom with a queen bed and a big terrace with chairs and table. The ground consists of a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove and oven, (there are no gas appliances), a toilet, a very comfortable lounge, outside there is a yard and a covered terrace with barbecue for meals al fresco. The owners: Fernando and Tanya live in the basement but they have their own entrance and don't interfere with guests spaces offering them 100% privacy, besides they are always prepared to help if necessary and we make everything possible to offer our guests an unforgettable stay.

My name is Fernando, and although I'm renting here my own property I'm also a travel agent, since 30 years ago and I have a lot of experience not only with house rentals but also with general travel businesss. My wife Tanya helps with our guests reception and she cleans the house and she prepares all necessary items for the guests. WE do everything possible to make our guests fell home and comfortable in our house. I speak English, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch.

This property has a excellent location, just 5 minute walk to Vilamoura center and 10 minute to the Marina and beach where there are lots of restaurants, bars, casino with night shows and a lot of other amenities.
What makes this property unique
No need to rent a car as all the basic needs are near by. It takes about 15 minute walk to get to the beach. The nearest super market is a 10 minute walk.
