Nestled in the heart of a green setting, the chalet des Roches is intended for nature lovers.

In Gérardmer, in the Vosges balloon park, we will welcome you in a charming "solid wood" chalet with very warm mountain decor and its private spa in an adjoining building.

In winter, you can take the free shuttle down the road to the Gérardmer ski resort.

In summer, the lake, 5 minutes walk, and awaits you for swimming and fishing.
In the immediate vicinity of the lake, hiking, tennis, mountain biking, bowling, swimming pool and ice rink are also possible.

Everything has been thought out for your comfort: 130 m2 of living space arranged to accommodate up to 10 people (children included), with family or friends. Back from hiking, mountain biking, excursions in the Vosges, or at the end of a good day of skiing, you will surely enjoy warming up by the fire, relaxing in the sauna or in the jacuzzi and have a drink at the Spa bar.

You will appreciate the large 3D screen in the living room with a video library provided and the televisions installed in the bedrooms.

You can relax in the room specially reserved for American billiards.

In summer you will enjoy the adjoining garden with wooden terrace and wooden furniture, barbecue.

You can walk to the city center in 5 minutes without picking up your vehicle.

Finally, WIFI access is provided free of charge.

Equipped kitchen (raclette, fondue and crêpe maker etc.)

We had a lovely stay at the villa in Gérardmer. It was spotlessly clean, and the host was warm and welcoming. The spa area was a real treat—hot tub, sauna, shower, toilet, and even beer on tap! The views over the lake were absolutely stunning and made for a relaxing escape.Do note: the drive up to the villa is quite steep, so be prepared for a bit of a climb—worth it for the views, though!The kitchen was compact but well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, full-size oven, dishwasher, microwave, and—delighted to say—a kettle for those essential cuppas. Just a short stroll to Aldi each morning for fresh bread and pastries, and an easy walk to the village and lake.One small disappointment: the TVs weren’t smart TVs. Travelling from Northern Ireland with limited French, we’d hoped to log into our own apps to watch English programmes in the evenings. That aside, the villa was a fantastic base and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Globalement chalet conforme à l'annonce. Néanmoins un effort de présentation pourrait être fait quand on loue les draps ( 20/ lit) (froissés et légèrement humides). Les jeux annoncés (billard et consoles de jeux, jeux de société : incomplets et/ ou défectueux. Un seul jeu de clés quand on est 3 couples). Malgré tout, nous avons passé un super Noël en famille dans ce chalet qui reste quand meme agréable.

Beau séjour dans ce gîte bien équipé, confortable, pratique avec de quoi s'amuser (baby-foot, ping-pong, jacuzzi, sauna et plein de dvd !). Seul bémol : l'accessibilité inadaptée à des personnes âgées (car escalier pour accéder et pente raide). Certaines literies un peu vieillissantes. Tres jolie vue sur le lac et au calme ! A 5 min à pied du lac et à 10 min du centre ville. Charmant gîte.

Bel emplacement pour ce chalet bien équipé

Chalet ancien bien équipé avec un beau point de vue sur le lac Les espaces ludiques, jacuzzi, sauna et billard sont un vrai plus. La salle d'eau de l'étage est sous les toits donc attention aux grands. Dommage de ne pas avoir de chaise longue à l'extérieur, même si le temps n'était pas vraiment au rdv. Très agréable châlet avec une belle vue sur le lac, de jour comme de nuit. Très bien équipé, conforme à la description, la partie SPA est très agréable et bien aménagé, nous y avons passé de bons moments de détente. Pas très loin du centre a pied, environ 10 minutes. Le plus : pas de vis a vis, le moins: une belle pente avant le chalet mais sans difficulté, du moins en été. A refaire sans hésiter au moins sur une semaine pour bien en profiter.

Séjour agréable dans ce chalet même si la météo n'était pas vraiement de la partie. Une bonne situation pour plusieurs belles randonnées, centre-ville et lac très proches. Le logement est spacieux, quelques éléments mériteraient un renouvellement dont la literie. L'espace SPA est agréable même si malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu en profiter en fin de séjour suite au passage du pisciniste qui a forcé la dose sur les produits et l'a rendu inutilisable...

Beau chalet, très bien situé à Gerardmer Belle vue sur le lac et la montagne a 5 minutes du centre ville a pied ! Très très bien équipé ! Il y a tout de la télé 3D à la chocolatière électrique en passant par le billard et le spa !! Bien agencé . Leger bémol serait de bien préciser qu’il y a une très tres forte montée pour accéder au chalet qui peut rendre difficile l’accès pour les personnes âgées ou ayant des difficultés à marcher

Super gîte avec beaucoup d'activités à l'intérieur (SPA, sauna, babyfoot, billard, jeux), spacieux, lumineux et propre. La pente devant le gîte est raide et en cas de neige impossible de monter avec un véhicule sans déneiger. Mais il y a une vue magnifique sur Gérardmer et son lac. Nous gardons précieusement les coordonnées pour y retourner.
