Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy

Pictures are of a different unit.

I came with my son and we were unable to stay here. They wouldn’t return my 50% deposit (on a 7 night stay) despite admitting the unit was not what was in the pictures. I have taken this up with VRBO. I very much hope they do the right thing otherwise I won’t use anymore. The scammers are taking over and VRBO needs to step up or it’s ruined.
