Gingerlily - Luxury Lodge with Hot Tub

Gingerlily is a beautifully designed 2 bedroom lodge, full of luxury features to make your stay extra special. You will not want to leave!

The lodge is very spacious, with the added bonus of an office space and utility room. Its great for families looking for a longer stay, but cosy enough for a romantic break for two. Hollicarrs is ideally located for you to be able to explore all of what Yorkshire has to offer.

The lodge has stunning views over the wildlife ponds, and into the woodland beyond. There is a sunken hot tub on the decking, perfectly posioned to make the best of the views.


Hollicarrs is a quiet rural park, perfect for couples and families looking for a peaceful retreat. We do not accommodate Stag or Hen parties. Please do not book with us if you prefer wild nights to wildlife!

As a guest of the holiday lodge owner you will have access to all of the facilities that Hollicarrs Holiday Park has to offer:

Walking
There are nature trails in abundance at Hollicarrs. Whether you are looking for a gentle stroll, or a more energetic walk over a longer distance, walking trails have been carefully carved out among the trees around the lodge park, leading you through bluebell dells, primrose banks, past our bird hide to spot the wildlife and natural ponds teaming with life.

If you prefer to cover a couple of miles, why not walk through the woods to Skipwith Common Nature Reserve, a site of special scientific interest. This route takes you past the lovely Norman Church in Skipwith and the Drovers Arms is only a slight detour.
Tennis
The hard tennis court is flood lit enabling play throughout the year.

Fishing
The fishing lake at Hollicarrs is within easy walking distance of the lodge park and provides a sheltered, well stocked lake. Fishing platforms have been designed around the area for easy access including disabled areas for wheelchair users.

Bowling Green
A well maintained grass green for expert or beginners play.

Petanque Courts

Horse Riding
Horse Riding is available close to Hollicarrs with Naburn Riding Centre and Queen Margaret's Riding School being only a 5 minutes drive away.

Escrick Park Ride-aways horse riding facility provides over 26 miles of off road, peaceful hacking for horse and rider. With an optional 45 obstacle jumping course, there is adequate riding for every ability. Annual or day fees are required for use of this course.

Beautiful Lodge in Fabulous setting

This is our 5th stay at the Hollicars , it's a fabulous place, the grounds are immaculate, lovely woodland walks on your doorstep, we usually enjoy a breakfast at Olivias tearooms and get to catch up with our family who live close by. All staff are friendly and lodges spotless , a special thanks to Lisa on reception who is always super helpful with any requests.

The most relaxing weekend in the stunning Gingerlily Lodge.

Booked Gingerlily for my birthday with my husband. We had such a lovely time. The lady that checked us in was so friendly and the lodge was absolutely stunning. Situated on the far end of the park, it was quiet and relaxing sitting in the hot tub watching the wildlife. The lodge has everything you need for the perfect break. Highly recommend and can't wait to return. Thank you.

Absolutely everything. We cannot fault anything at all. The park was really well laid out, very easy to drive around. The lodge was beautifully decorated and felt like a home from home. What a fabulous lodge! We spent our Christmas at Gingerlily and it was wonderful. The lodge is lovely. There has been a lot of care and attention put into how everything looks. We've never stayed in a lodge so we'll equipped. I cooked Christmas Dinner for my family with no problem at all, that's how we'll equipped the lodge is. We will 100% be booking again. Love it.

Lovely clean , spacious lodge, sunken hot tub, Lodge has everything you need for your stay, including a washer (in a utility room) & dishwasher. The site is quiet, lots of trials though the woods for walking. Site has a tennis court & bowling green, both free to use. Bike hire available too. We walked through the woods to the Drovers Arms for Sunday lunch, this took us about 50mins, hoping to get a taxi back, the bar staff said we had no chance if we hadn’t pre booked. Would return
