Villa Elisabetta is located in the countryside of the Tuscan Val Tiberina, an area much loved by those who want to escape from the chaos and noise of the city.
The property was born as a farmhouse near the medieval village of Caprese Michelangelo, in the province of Arezzo, not far from the borders with Umbria. Its location makes Villa Elisabetta ideal for visiting all of central Italy. The town of Caprese Michelangelo takes its name from its most illustrious citizen, Michelangelo Buonarroti. Just 5 km from Villa Elisabetta it is possible to visit the birthplace, now a museum, of the important Italian artist.
Val Tiberina, the area where Villa Elisabetta is located, is perfect for trekking lovers. Excursions, long walks or mountain bike tours can be organized along the paths and countryside surrounding the villa.
From the villa you can also reach Sansepolcro in 30 minutes. This small village, perched on the hills of Arezzo, was the birthplace of the famous artist Piero della Francesca and today is also famous for his Palio delle Balestre.
Beyond Sansepolcro, in the surroundings there are many medieval villages that are worth a visit such as Anghiari, Monterchi and Cortona, rich in monuments, churches, palaces and museums. Another destination of great interest is the Franciscan Sanctuary of La Verna, about 30 minutes from the villa.
From Villa Elisabetta you can also easily reach the great centers of Tuscany. Arezzo, the provincial capital, is less than an hour away by car and in less than two hours you can also reach Siena or Florence.
For day trips, it will also be possible to reach the Adriatic Sea of ​​Emilia Romagna with about an hour and a half by car or the beaches of the Marche with about two hours by car.
The property is located in a quiet location, surrounded by a large garden, ideal for families and groups of friends.
From the villa you can enjoy an enchanting landscape, a panorama made up of cultivated fields, oak, beech and chestnut woods, meadows and Tuscan hills.
The pool area, spacious and equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers for guests, is the ideal place to relax. Thanks to its position, the villa is very quiet. Those looking for tranquillity and contact with nature will love this villa.
Near the outbuilding there is a large pergola that houses a large outdoor dining area, ideal for eating together outdoors.
In the garden there is also a wood-burning oven for preparing pizzas, a brick barbecue and gazebos equipped with tables and benches.
In the main building there is a laundry room with washing machine, accessible from the outside.
The friendly and helpful owners (a family with two dogs) live on the property, in a part of the main house.
Villa Elisabetta is an ancient stone farmhouse completely renovated that can accommodate up to 23 people.
The property consists of a main house and an outbuilding for a total of 5 apartments and a quadruple bedroom, each with an independent entrance, as well as a common room with dining tables and a large professional kitchen, ideal for comfortably accommodating families and large groups.
The main house houses 4 apartments:
- An apartment for 6 people located on the attic floor, accessed via an external staircase, from the pool side. It consists of a living room with sofa, kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. The living area is equipped with air conditioning.
- An apartment for 4 people located on the first floor, accessed via an external staircase, from the pool side. It consists of a living room with sofa, TV and kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
- An apartment for 2+1 people located on the ground floor, which is accessed via an independent entrance on the side of the house. It consists of a living room with sofa, TV, kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed plus a possible third bed, a bathroom with shower.
- An apartment for 2 people located on the ground floor, which is accessed via an independent entrance on the back of the house. It consists of a living room with sofa, TV, kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The outbuilding consists of:
- An apartment for 4 people located on the ground floor, accessed via an independent entrance, from the pool side. It consists of a living room with kitchen, sofa, satellite TV and direct access to the terrace equipped with a pergola, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
- A bedroom for 4 people located on the ground floor, which is accessed via an independent entrance located on the side of the outbuilding. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower suitable for the disabled.
- A common room with dining tables, fireplace, satellite TV, an half bathroom and with an adjoining big professional kitchen ideal for large groups and equipped with 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, slicer, espresso coffee machine and moka coffee maker. From here you can also comfortably reach the large outdoor dining area located under the big pergola.
All bedrooms have insect screens on the windows.
All apartments have a TV with Italian channels.
In the apartment located in the outbuilding on the pool side and in the common room there is a TV with satellite channels.
The friendly and helpful owners (a family with two dogs) live on the property, in a part of the main house.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
pets allowed on request € 30,00 per week; heating on consumption; air conditioning on request (apartment on the attic floor) € 10,00 per day; firewood on consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change.
Please note that pool towels are not provided.
