A wonderful Farmhouse awaits you, fully renovated with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathroom , offers the modern comforts , Ideal for any season.
Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms, patio, garden,large swiming pool wit sunbeds and umbrellas as well as a heated outdoor shower, stone barbeque .
The 350 sqm home is comprised of seven bedrooms, with seven bathrooms. On the grand floor chitchen nex to large dining room that overlooks covered patio where you can rest on the beautiful armchairs or have lunch al fresco.
The fully equipped kitchen features everything a chef could want. All appliances are brand new, including: gas range, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. An adjacent full dining room (seats 14) Tuscan BBQ and extraordinary fenced garden children play safe.
The seven wives with independent bathroom are bright and equipped with every comfort. Large wardrobes , very comfortable beds, windows with curtains and blinds.
For your enjoyment, the house has wi-fi internet service throughout.
Regarding the price, the property specifies that the villa can also be rented to a different number of guests with a reduction in internal spaces but always renting to a single group of friends or relatives.

Holiday days pass quickly in the large spaces of the house and the location allows you to move around easily. The owner can help you and your family choose the best itineraries. You can go on bike or e-bike excursions along the Apennine ridge or along the floodplains of the Tiber river, you can instead decide to go fishing or visit museums where the most beautiful works of art in Tuscany are found, you can decide to visit cellars with tastings or simply enjoy the Tuscan sun.
Every week you will find a farmer's market with local products, on Wednesdays you can take part in musical performances in Anghiari in the evening, or on Fridays you can see the Meratino del Tarlo in Sansepolcro. In Arezzo, every first Saturday of the month, a visit to the famous craft market is recommended.

Here we are, Lido and Luca,
We have given a lot of thought about what we would do in the homes we inherited from our great-grandparents - old Tuscan farmers bound to this land. We had initially planned to sell them but then we realized we would regret this decision terribly. Renovation on the houses was done and we thought it would be nice to share all of this with our guests: the lush countryside surrounding the house and some good wine thus reflecting the simplicity of our lifestyle.
So we worked patiently to make Villa Padronale into what you see today. We are happy to offer you a place with bright sunlit rooms, large gardens, swimming pool plus numerous sport activities or simply organize your holidays, anniversaries and weddings. Our family wanted to make our stay pleasant by air conditioning the rooms and the living area on the first floor.
It has also set up a WI.FI system in all rooms and in the swimming pool as well as in the garden. Your Children can play safely with games in the large fenced garden, close to family members who can relax in the shade of the cool porch or read or simply listen to music.
