This homely 3 bedroom 1st floor apartment is located in a residential complex in Riviera del Sol, Mijas Costa. This gated complex has a communal swimming pool and a separate kids pool. The complex is walking distance to many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and beach, including Max beach club. A short drive away you will find bowling green, gym, tennis and golf and just 50 meters walk out of the complex is Riviera Sports Club where you will find access to paid facilities such as a gym, padel and tennis courts along with a bar and restaurant.
Enter the apartment into the open plan Kitchen/living area. The American diner style kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area has seating for up to six people. Two leather sofas and a 55¨TV can be found in the lounge along with a ceiling fan. Out onto the terrace is a further dining area, with views of the pool, garden and the sea.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment. The master bedroom also has a small terrace with a seating area for two, the two guest bedrooms both have two single beds, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and have access to the guest bathroom, with a bath and shower attachment.

Lovely apartment
Lovely, clean, spacious apartment. Kitchen well equipped with everything needed to cook. The beds were comfortable & there was lots of wardrobe space.The location is perfect. Only a 5 minite walk to lots of bars & restaurants and the beach. We came for New Year & would definitely stay here again!
