About this property

Breathtaking views from a stunning apartment in a UNESCO rated location

Open plan Lounge & Dining with marble floors with patio doors leading to spacious terrace. Flat screen TV with DVD player. Designer Italian furniture complimented by contemporary art work give a very stylish yet relaxing ambiance. Apartment has WiFi and many English and international TV channels.

Masterbed - colonial 4 poster kingsize bed, with ceiling fan. Patio doors to terrace. Hardwood closets, marble floor & en suite with bath & shower over, double vanity, bidet & WC.

2nd Bedroom - can be set up as either Twin or Super King. Large bay window with mountain views.
Marble floors, hardwood closets, ceiling fan. An additional single bed can be added at an extra charge.
Bathroom - marble shower & double marble vanity, WC.

The apartment is usually set up for 4, however, we can add one additional beds, totalling 5 if required for an extra charge.

Kitchen -The Kitchen has hardwood shutters that open to the lounge allowing the cook not to feel shut off from the rest of the apartment. Fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher with granite work surfaces and Fridge Freezer.
Utility Room - Washing machine, iron & ironing board .

Terrace - overlooking the pool with far reaching views along the coast and back towards the mountains. The terrace has a shaded section where a dining table & chairs seats up to 8 .There is a beautiful lantern to illuminate the terrace of a night time.
There is also an open section of terrace that has outdoor seating, a sofa & 2 armchairs with a coffee table. Perfect for those pre dinner drinks al fresco.

The apartment is located on the first floor and there is private parking with direct lift access .

There are 6 swimming pools on the Urbanization, 2 being very large. The pool in front of the apartment is surrounded by lush tropical landscaped gardens, with sun loungers, some umbrella shading and toilets. From the pool there are again fabulous views down to the coast.
There is one heated outdoor pool a few minutes walk away.

The Club House is a few minutes walk away (downhill). There you have access to a 9 hole par 3 challenging golf course. Tennis, Paddle Tennis and Piclleball, Boules Pit, there is a full gymnasium also. Charges apply for the use of sporting facilities.
The Club House offers an extremely good bar & restaurant, with BBQ's on a Sunday.

Très bel appartement spacieux, bien équipé et décoré, belle vue depuis la terrasse, on s’est senti comme à la maison ! L’espace piscine est très agréable et calme. Wendy a e été très arrangeante pour notre arrivée et pour notre départ tardif, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Achteraf teleurgesteld

Apartememt zag er netjes en ruim uit, op wat kleine min puntjes. In eerste instantie leek de verhuurder een hele lieve vrouw en deden wij verder niet moeilijk over de min punten. Achteraf bleek dus alle nep te zijn en heeft zij ons belazerd met onze borg, mevrouw is op zondag middag voor ons vertrek langs geweest bleef lachen en zei verder niks. Tot wij vertrokken 1 dag later stuurde ze wat fotos die nergens opslaan, houd er rekening mee dat je blijkbaar in het apartement zeer voorzichtig moet zijn met eten en dat ze wel wat zal verzinnen om u borg te behouden. Mijn dochtertje van 1 heeft een druppeltje chocoladen past laten vallen op het tapijt, wat je er met een natte doekje zo uit hebt. Op 1 muurtje zat wat vingertjes op 1 plekje van chocoladen wat je zo weg veegd met je ogen dicht. Mevrouwtje heeft hier maar liefs het hele borg voor moeten betalen, wat niemand natuurlijk zal geloven. Prima geen punt heb er gevraagd om bewijs bonnetjes van vervanging of stoomkosten zoals zei dat benoemden, mevrouw reageerd daar niet op. 1 week later nog steeds geen bewijs van vervanging of schoonmaak kosten gezien. Oplichtster Dus je betaald voor 2 weken verblijf een groot bedrag en je mag niet eens iets kleins knoeien wat er af te krijgen is. Als ik het had gezien had ik het ter plekken schoon gemaakt waar ze bij staat, maar nee mevrouw heeft niks gezegd pas 1 dag naar ons vertrek kwam ze met zulke domme foto's waar iedereen verbaast van zou staan dat ze daar een heel borg bedrag voor heeft ingehouden. Min punten: -kussens waren zeer smerig je kon daar echt niet je hoofd op leggen. Weet niet hoeveel jaar kwijl erop zat dikke mega gele bruine vlek over heel de hoofdkussens, hoop dat ze die heeft vervangen van mijn gestolen geld. -veel mieren moest sommige plekken 3 4 keer stofzuigen per dag. Soms zaten ze op het bed zelfs en je kon niks van eten laten staan, als je terug kwam zat er grote mieren plaag omheen zelfs in de badkamer. -andere min punt is dat je heel hoog op de berg moet gaan rijden voor je het huis bereikt de afstanden die worden aangegeven na de buurt winkels stranden kloppen totaal niet, dat was wel vermoeiend om dagelijks na beneden en boven te rijden. -zwembad was ook niet altijd echt schoon.

Wonderful week in luxuriously appointed apartment with everything you needed including the most comfortable bed ever. El Soto is a superbly maintained urbanisation catering for all your needs and makes for the perfect get away.

Beautiful, spacious and well equiped apartment

The apartment is about a 10 minutes ride up the hill from Elviria. It is very spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. It has a spectacular view over the hills down to the sea. The pool is sufficiently large, clean and is enclosed by a nice garden. The proprietor is very nice and helpful. The one thing that we were not too happy about was that the airconditioning didn't function and that it was not possible to have it repaired during our stay (that explains the four instead of five star rating). Despite this we have enjoyed our stay here very much!

Why they chose this property

This apartment was love at first sight as soon as I saw the views from the terrace. They are literally breathtaking.
I'd like to think that I can offer you a little slice of my dream here. I've decorated the apartment in a stylish yet comfortable way. You will find everything you could possibly want inside. Yet I'm sure that the majority of the time you will be out and about exploring the myriad of things to do here on the Costa del Sol. It offers so much to all types and pretty much always in sun shine!
Still it's always great to come back to a base that feels like home.

What makes this property unique

It's hard to choose between the views, the UNESCO Biosphere location or its proximity to all that the coast has to offer as to what's best about this apartment. The choice of pools, golf courses and beaches are abundant. It's quiet location is also a big draw.
