The Apartment:
An ideal studio for a high-standing executive, or any visitor seeking a superior level. The apartment is configured and refurbished with the latest modern technologies in terms of comfort: heating, air conditioning and hot water with thermostat, security: anti-flooding system in the bathroom, and of course all the amenities implicit in a modern and high-quality building. The building has a security entrance and a physical porter.
The apartment has a capacity for three people, and the space has been distributed with great taste and criteria, as it differentiates, by means of a beautiful shelving unit with drawers, the double bed area and the rest zone where the sofa bed is located, with the possibility of converting it into another individual bed, making it ideal for any family.
The space is above all very pleasant, as it has a large window well insulated from noise, through which light is distributed throughout the apartment, where the design has prioritised open spaces, also incorporating the galley kitchen into the main living area. To give quality to the environment, all the elements of the house's furniture have been combined perfectly, incorporating design and style in each of its elements.
The bathroom is fabulous, with state-of-the-art furniture and the best qualities once again, it is worth noting that no expense has been spared in equipment or space, and a large, generously-sized shower tray has been installed, so you can relax after a long day.

Things to bear in mind:
This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
In case of arriving after 19:00, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment for key handover.
Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 21:00 and 02:00 have an additional cost of €70 to be paid in cash to the person who receives you at the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard
