The Conde Duque Cultural Center exhibits works of art and shows open-air films in its 18th-century halls and patios.
The Apartment:
It is an apartment with access at street level, open space, renovated and delicately decorated. The apartment has a very cozy living-dining room area with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed for 2 children or an adult, SmartTV, where you can put your Netflix, HBO, Disney and etc accounts, and the modern integrated kitchen and equipped (no oven). The bed and living room space is separated by a glass wall with a curtain that gives a modern and industrial touch to the apartment and also helps to pass natural light throughout the apartment. From the sleeping area you can access the newly renovated bathroom and shower.
The house has heating and air conditioning through two cold/heat pump machines in the living-dining room and the bedroom.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Respect: For the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate General (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
