This vacation home, newly built in 2019, is located in a beautiful natural area on a spacious natural property near Silkeborg. Built with high-quality materials and tastefully and personally furnished, the vacation home has wooden floors throughout and white walls, which make the house bright and inviting. The kitchen is open plan and integrated into the living area, making it an ideal space for family life. There are also two bathrooms, one of which has access from the large, beautiful wooden terrace. The same applies to one of the bedrooms in the house. There are three good bedrooms to choose from in total. Surrounding the vacation home is a large wooden terrace and a large covered patio area where you can barbecue and enjoy the cooler evening hours. The house is located on a huge natural property with beautiful views over the fields and space for children to play. A foosball table and frisbee golf are available for recreational fun. The area offers good fishing opportunities, and Tollundgård Golf Club and a put-and-take fishing lake are also located near the holiday home. There are good opportunities for long walks in the cozy and scenic area around Lake Bølling. No rental to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
