The Space:

Welcome to this 144m2 spacious and bright flat next to the emblematic centre of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.



It features a bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table and opened to a well-equipped kitchen and a very nice private garden-terrace. With airy, sunlit interiors, our local designer has created a contemporary yet classic space. Eclectic wall art and flowing drapery give this apartment character. A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for in-house dining, and the cozy entertainment area invites you to relax with a film or a glass of wine by the garden.



The apartment has a capacity for up to 11 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: 2 Double beds

- Bedroom 2: 3 individual beds

- Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed

- Living room: double sofa bed

Situated in the Le Marais district, the spacious vacation apartment puts you in the magnificent heart of Paris. Here in the 4th arrondissement, you’ll be surrounded by historical and cultural attractions, gorgeous architecture, and chic sidewalk cafes. The area’s many museums include the National Archives Museum (3 min. walk), the Picasso Museum (7 min), and the stunning centuries-old art collections of the Cognacq-Jay Museum (8 min. walk). The famous Notre Dame Cathedral is an 18-minute walk away. The Rambuteau Metro station is close (4 min).

Other Things to Note:

*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***



- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.



- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.93 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.



- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.



- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs

Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)



*** HOUSE RULES ***



1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600€.

2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.

3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).

4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.

5. No smoking on interior areas.

6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.

7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.



Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
