The residence has a pool with panoramic views, beautiful gardens and a secured parking. It has an ideal situation, within walking distance to the most beautiful resorts on the French Riviera: Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu-sur-mer and Villefranche-sur-mer.

L’ange garden

Really well equipped flat in good location between Villefranche, Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat. Close to nice beaches and lovely swimming and walks.

Lovely stay in Ange Gardien

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Ioan’s apartment. It was very well stocked, with everything we needed, even sharp knives! We love the location and intend to return.

Perfect appartment,

Very good location and perfect as a hub for us as a family with daily trips to different locations in the area. Close to the beach and a good pool area with drinks, snacks ice cream etc. The appartment is well equipt with everything that you need!
