Très belle vue sur terrasse. La terrasse bénéficie du soleil le matin et l’après-midi .salle de bain et chambre Rez de chaussée plus ancienne . Chambre étage agréable.

Superbe séjour
Magnifique vue, impossible d être plus près de cette mère sublime. Température de l eau idéale.
La maison est parfaite. Terrasse à l ombre dès le début d après midi ce qui est très agréable
Seul point à relever, la vitesse à laquelle les gens roulent dans le virage et les klaxons réguliers pour annoncer leurs passages dans le virage.

Ein sehr persönlich und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in bester Lage!
Glasklares, sauberes Wasser in zwei Minuten Fußmarsch erreichbar.
Die Bucht ist belebt und daher wird es nie kurzweilig.
Da haus ist wunderbar kühl und die Terrasse lädt zum chillen ein.
Abend steht die Sonne hinterher dem Haus, was wundervoll ist da die Terrasse dann im Schatten liegt und man den heißen Tag hervorragend ausklingen lassen kann.
Der perfekte Ort für individuelles Wohnen im Salento.

Ein wunderbarer Ort!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Marina di Novaglie sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer und hat eine herrliche Terrasse gegen Südosten (Sonne bis frühen Nachmittag). Es hat alles was es braucht und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Giuseppe ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat jede Menge guter Tipps. Die Küste ist durchwegs felsig, das Meer sehr schön und sauber. Am besten mit Schuhen bis zum Wasser steigen. Ein schöner Wanderweg führt direkt vom Haus aus Richtung Süden die Küste hinunter. giuseppe hat us freundlich begrüsst. er ging schon im vorfeld auf unsere wünsche ein. mille grazie😃.
das appartemento ist eifach aber schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. es hat alles was man braucht.
das bett oben war ein wenig...naja...billig...dünne matratze und es hat bei jeder bewegung geknarrt... liegt aber sicher auch an meinem gewicht 😅. ansonsten perfetto.

Casa bene arredata con bella vista
La casa è arredata molto bene ed è accessoriata adeguatamente. La vista dal terrazzo è spettacolare e il ristorante non crea disturbo. La terrazza resta all'ombra nel pomeriggio ed è possibile anche pranzare.

Bellissimo appartamento, posto stupendo.
Dalle foto sembra più grande, ma è un vero gioiellino. Super accessoriato: TV, wifi, stoviglie, lavatrice, aria condizionata, asciugacapelli etc. Arredato con grande gusto. Si trova su una strada con due curve strette e chi passa, invece di rallentare, ha il brutto vizio di segnalare con il clacson la propria presenza. Il terrazzo di sera è illuminato da un lampione stradale, e questo toglie un po' di magia alla stupenda vista sul mare. Piccoli difetti che non hanno guastato uno splendido soggiorno.

Premettendo che difficilmente torniamo dove siamo già stati gli anni passati, dopo solo un anno siamo tornati nel luogo e nella casa dove avevamo lasciato il cuore...
Non saprei che riconfermare tutte le emozioni provate nella prima quindicina di luglio dell'anno scorso. Relax assoluto in un luogo tranquillo davanti ad un mare blu. Mi ripeto dicendo che la casa oltre che godere di una location fantastica, non ha certo l'aria di essere una casa vacanze,
all'interno infatti è sapientamente curata nei minimi dettagli. Ci auguriamo che anche questa volta possa valere il proverbio "non c'è il due senza il tre"😉

Clim du restaurant et la musique du bar de l’autre côté de la baie jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit.

Spendida vacanza
Ci eravamo innamorati della casa già dalle foto pubblicate sul sito, ma trascorrerci 10 giorni è stato un vero piacere. Molto curati i dettagli dell'arredamento, ottima la dotazione della cucina, comodissima la posizione sul mare. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa ed è stato molto triste ripartire...

Non appena abbiamo visto le foto on line, ci siamo innamorati di questa casa.
Il servizio fotografico, ben fatto, non può comunque trasmettere l'emozione che si prova vivendola in prima persona.
Addormentarsi e risvegliarsi sentendo il rumore delle onde, perdersi con lo sguardo nel mare mentre dal terrazzo ci si gusta qualcosa di buono da mangiare, non vorresti mai allontanarti; anche se, vale la pena spostarsi un po', per andare alla scoperta di una zona veramente molto bella, dalla costa adriatica prevalentemente rocciosa, alla costa ionica con lunghe spiagge sabbiose, raggiungibili in pochi minuti d'auto.
Non è sicuramente il solito appartamento per le vacanze, anche all'interno, la Sig.ra Mellica, ha curato con gusto ogni minimo dettaglio, nulla è lasciato al caso.
Non ci si può dimenticare dell'ottimo ristorante sotto casa, Lo Scalo, non proprio a buon mercato, ma che merita sicuramente di essere "visitato", sia per l'ottima cucina che per la location altrettanto meravigliosa.
Insomma questa casa ci è rimasta proprio nel cuore, un posto ideale per chi cerca una vacanza tranquilla, in un posto fantastico, lontano dai rumori e dal caos delle località più gettonate.

Appartamento nuovissimo, arredato con cura e stile da rivista. Dimensioni adeguate per due adulti e max due bambini piccoli. Terrazza ampia con vista mare mozzafiato, la migliore stanza della casa. Cucina fornitissima, bagno grande e moderno. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Prezzo adeguato a qualità e posizione della struttura.
