Nyrenoverad hus med ett fantastiskt läge för dig som vill njuta av Bjäre med omgivningar. Huset har ett magisk läge över hav i natursköna Kattvik (Båstad V).
Havs Hytten har öppen planlösning och 2 dusch/toa och bra kök med utsikt till havet. Gästhus med 4 sängar (2 vuxna/2 barn). Huset rymmer 6 vuxna och 4-5 barn. 3000 kvadratmeter stor tomt med plats till uteliv. Stort terrasdäck och stor grill - sol hela dagen och kvällssol.
Huset är inred med modern sommarhus-stil och har sköne täcken och Hästenssängar. Vardagsrum med stor matplats och 2 soffor med nytt TV. Litet TV och dvd-spelare på barnrum.
Kök med diskmaskin, mikro, kaffemaskin, ugn etc. och tvättmaskin i källar-plan. Mörklägningsgardiner i alla sovrum och öppningsbara fönster och dörrar till terrass och balkon.
Ett fantastiskt boende. Varmt välkommen!

Der Ausblick ist fantastisch! Leider gibt es ein paar Dinge die erwähnt werden müssen. Das Bad im Haus besteht nur aus einer Dusche, einer Toilette und einem mini kleinen Waschbecken. Das andere Bad ist nur von aussen erreichbar. In der Küche und in einem Schlafzimmer ist das Fenster nur einen kleinen Spalt zu öffnen. Im Wohnzimmer und Kinderzimmer gibt es kein Fenster, dass man öffnen kann. Die Balkontür liess sich nicht öffnen. Im Sommer wird es sehr heiss sein in dem Haus und ich möchte keine kleinen Kinder in dem Zimmer schlafen lassen. Esstisch und Stühle sehr gut. Betten sehr gut. Das dritte Schlafzimmer befindet sich in einem extra Haus. Reichlich Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Das Haus ist klein, aber für 4 Personen okay.

Wundervoller Meerblick

Der Blick aufs Meer ist unglaublich schön. Die Nachbarn sind weder vom Haus noch vom Grundstück aus zu sehen. Damit ist das wichtigste eigentlich geschrieben. Zwei kleine Schönheitsfehler gab es aber doch (daher auch nur 4 von 5 Sternen). Zum einen ist das Haus im Verhältnis zu vergleichbar ausgestatteten Häusern in Schweden relativ teuer, was vermutlich die Lage bedingt. Zum anderen haben einige kleinere Sachen nicht funktioniert, als wir ankamen. Die meisten wurden umgehend repariert. Lediglich die Waschmaschine blieb defekt. Insgesamt haben wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) aber zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Im Garten haben uns Rehe und Hasen besucht. In der Umgebung gibt es ein Naturschutzgebiet neben dem anderen mit vielen Wanderwegen. Und Meer soweit das Auge reicht. Gerne wieder.

Perfect view

The house has a perfect scenic location above Bastad with a great view all over the seaside. It is located at the end of a road, therefore also very silent and with sunlight all day long. Rikke was an extremly helpful and friendly host, she provided us with a lot of tips for the area. Inside the house has a modern furniture and the kitchen is well equipped. We stayed in the house as two families (7 persons, 3 of them kids) and found the house too small. The guest house is a small "box" above the main house with a double and a bunk bed, but no water or toilet. The second bathroom consists in a plastic shower cabin in the lowest floor (as well as the second toilet). The sink in the main bathroom is very small (like in a guest toilet). We were informed only one week before that the house is situated in a water protection area and that water might be on shortage (and actually was). I recommend the house for max. 4 persons, then it is a perfect holiday location.

Svensk idyll!

Avsides beläget på en vacker kulle med utsikt över havet charmade denna lantliga semesterbostad oss totalt. Perfekt om man söker lugn och ro eller vacker natur. Nära till vackra vandringsleder. Boendet ligger en bit bort från det livliga Båstad, och saknar bra kommunikationer, så om man tänker förflytta sig stora sträckor rekommenderar jag någon form av eget transportmedel. Bra standard i huset och fint inrett.
