Wonderful location for our family reunion!

The location is beautiful, the houses have plenty of room, and the swimming pool is fantastic! We were 14 people (4 couples and 6 children) and the housing situation was perfect for us. However we were surprised to discover that we had to supply our own toilet paper, kitchen towels, garbages bags, and dishwasher tabs. We would definitely love to return again sometime! Thanks Paulo for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Great stay

The property was amazing. Very quiet and peaceful location offering a lot of privacy. The owners Martina and Paolo respond very quickly to questions, are flexible and try to offer the tendants as much rest and privacy as possible. There is a steep but well maintained driveway to reach the house. The property consists of 4 appartments which are fully equipped. So we had plenty of fridges to our disposal. Everything was well maintained and Paolo stopped by to clean the pool multiple times. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. Wonderful views from the property. Steep but beautiful roads for cycling and a lot of great cities to visit in the neighbourhood (30 to 60min drives). You can even visit the beach in 60min. Thanks for letting us stay, we had a fantastic holiday.

Wir können nur positives berichten. Kontakt mit Vermieter Paolo und Martina völlig unkompliziert und immer sehr freundlich. Die Antwort kamimmer umgehend und es wurde auf alle Wünsche und Anregungen eingegangen! Wir waren 2 Familien und insgesamt 11 Personen und haben alle vier Wohnungen in den beiden Häusern genutzt. Wir haben alles sehr sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden. Wenn man viel selbst kocht hätte eine Schneidbrett oder Gemüsemesser mehr nicht geschadet aber das ist auch schon das Einzige. Ich bin mir aber sicher, wenn wir es Paolo oder Martina gesagt hätten, wäre auch dies kurze Zeit später in der Wohnung gewesen Die Lage mitten in der Natur mit privater Zufahrt über ein Tor. Diese ist etwas steil aber auch mit einem VW Bus problemlos zu meistern.Der Pool in der Mitte der beiden Häuser rießig und ein Traum für jung und alt!Wir zu lesen ist, wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es nur empfehlen! Danke nochmal an Martina und Paolo für die schöne Zeit!

Schöne Unterkunft

Danke für die schöne Zeit, die Unterkunft war sauber und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Mit groserern Gruppen muss man sich Geschirr und Besteck aus den anderen Apartments hohlen, aber das war kein Problem.

Schön in der Natur gelegene Unterkunft mit tollem Pool

Wir sind als Gruppe von 9 Personen angereist und haben die Zeit im Haus und den Pool sehr genossen! Das Anwesen ist in der Natur gelegen und es gibt keine Nachbarn, die sich gestört fühlen könnten! Dich das große Platzangebot hat man auch bei großen Gruppen die Möglichkeit sich zurück zu ziehen und ein bisschen Privatsphäre zu haben. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist etwas steil, sportliche Autos haben Schwierigkeiten zum Haus zu kommen.

Location vacances à Pietrabuona (Toscane)

Chaque couple ainsi que les adolescents et jeunes adultes pouvaient être dans des logements séparés, et se retrouver pour les repas et la piscine. La location correspond à la description faite sur le site, dans un endroit totalement isolé (ne pas être surpris par la longueur du chemin pierré de 600 à 700 m). Propriétaires (Martina, Paolo) adorables et très accueillants.

Fantastische locatie en comfortabel huis

Een heerlijke week gehad met twee gezinnen samen. De locatie met verschillende appartementen was perfect. Samen, maar toch ook privacy. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien, de matrassen lagen goed en het overdekte terras en zwembad maakte het af. De eigenaar is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wirklich empfehlenswert

Also die "Residenz" liegt etwas abgelegen. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist etwas seltsam: Im unteren Haus zwei Doppelzimmer jeweils ohne Wohnzimmer. Im obrren Haus ein riesiger Wohnbereich mit 7 Betten. Der Rest bezieht sich auf ein normales 3 Zimmer (3 Betten Appartment). Keines der Appartments ist miteinander verbnden. Das muss man beachten, wenn man mit 4 Familien Urlaub macht. Ansonsten haben wie es sehr genossen und der Pool ist sehr groß. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Au calme et en famille

Nous avons passé une semaine tres agréable en famille. 3 couples et 8 ados. Chacun a un lieu de vie et on se retrouve auour de la piscine et pour l'aperitif et le diner! Beaucoup de belles balades dans les environs

Wunderschöne Häuser

Wir waren im Juli mit drei Familien zur größten Sommerhitze bei Paolo und Martina zu Gast. Dank des großen Pools und viel Schatten im umgebenden Wald war das aber gut auszuhalten. Die Häuser und der Garten sind sehr schön und alles entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Gastgeben waren sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die Städte der Umgebung (Lucca, Pisa, Florenz, Siena) und auch das Meer sind gut zu erreichen. Der Pool ist wirklich super! Liebe Grüße, Claudia

Skøn afsides beliggende hus

Vi var 15 familiemedlemmer som havde 7 dejlige dage i vidunderlige Toscana. Huset ligger dejligt fredeligt oppe i skovene og man bliver på ingen måder forstyrrer af andre. Husene er ok indrettet, kunne godt være lidt bedre på køkken området i forhold til køkken udstyr. Gode værter som er meget opmærksomme på om alt er i orden. Poolen er fantastisk og terrassen, hvor man kan samles. Stedet kan varmt anbefales!

Inmitten der Natur

Wir, 7Personen, durften eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Le Calden verbringen . Der Kontakt zu Paolo und Martina war schnell geschlossen und immer sehr freundlich. Martina stand uns stets mit Rat zur Seite. Die Anfahrt ist etwas holprig aber durchaus machbar. Das Anwesen besteht aus 2 Häusern (4 abgeschlossenen Wohneinheiten) einem großen Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und 2 Terrassen. Das Grundstück ist sehr weitläufig und einen Tracking Pfad gibt es auch. Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck könnte mehr sein aber es hat immer gereicht. Vielen Dank das wir unseren Urlaub dort verbringen durften. Jederzeit wieder! Lieben Gruß Petra

Urlaub - fast - in der Wildnis

interessantes Objekt in ruhiger Alleinlage umgeben von Natur, Wald Bergen mit vielen Tieren, Wildschwein, Dachs, Skorpion. einfach eingerichtet, aber alles notwenige vorhanden. Super Pool, Wasser aus eigenem Brunnen.

Top Unterkunft in idyllischer Lage

Unterkunft ist besser als beschrieben. Man hat sein eigenes Grundstück, seinen eigenen Pool und zwei wunderschöne Häuser ganz für sich. Paolo ist ein super Gastgeber und jederzeit für einen da. Wir waren mit Freunden dort und es war eine super Woche. Jederzeit wieder und uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen.

Großzügiges Platzangebot innen und außen, super Location, abseits und ruhig gelegen

Wir waren mit 10 Personen im Alter von 12-57Jahren in den ersten beiden Septemberwochen bei Paolo und Martina zu Gast. Der Kontakt war sehr schnell und freundlich. Wir könnten unter erschwerten Coronabedingungen eine gute Lösung für eine Terminverschiebung vereinbaren. Sehr fair. Das Anwesen liegt sehr schön und ist von einem großzügigen Grundstück umgeben. Der Pool hat eine durchgehende Tiefe von 1,5 m und damit für unsere Kinder sehr gut zum Spielen geeignet. Es gibt 2 große Terassen, sodass man je nach Tageszeit immer einen Schattenplatz finden kann. Durch die Aufteilung in 4 Wohneinheiten mit separaten Bädern gibt es zwischendurch Platz für genügend Privatsphäre. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung mit Geschirr, Gläsern, Besteck und Küchenutensilien war etwas spärlich. Das tut dem Gesamteindruck aber keinen großen Abbruch. Absolut empfehlenswert. Fantastisk sted

Hvis man har brug for hjælp, er Paolo og Martina utroligt hjælpsomme og søde. Husene ligger fuldstændig ugeneret i en skov på et bjerg. Vi var 8 voksne og 2 små børn, som havde det hele for os selv. Alt ialt et fantastisk sted, som vi kun kan anbefale andre at besøge.

Perfect voor gezinnen ! Ieder eigen appartement , maar als je heel kleine kinderen hebt kan fit lastig zijn voor de indeling
